Deliberately chose this hotel as it's located in a quiet area, yet it's just mins walk from Ginza area, Tsukiji station, or the Tsukiji outer market. Another selling point is the wooden bath tub, which gives a private, onsen-like experience, perfect to wind down after a long day. The bath tub is larger than normal ones, and it fits one adult & one child. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed & well thought through, with Japandi as the overall theme. It's also a small boutique hotel, with only one lift and 4 rooms per floor. Perfect for that Tokyo getaway experience. Staff was really courteous & helpful. Amenities are provided for free & you'll get everything you need for basic hygiene and more. The drinks in the mini bar are also free (2 water bottles, 2 small cans of Sapporo beer, Coke & Calpis), which we thought was really a nice gesture. There's a few 7-11 & Lawson nearby, so there's no need to worry about wanting some small bites or drinks. Overall, it's really a great place to stay & highly value for money and recommended if you want to stay in a quiet area, yet still accessible to all the important areas in Tokyo. There's also 2 nice Sushi places just next door; one is by reservation & we didn't get to try, and another one offering a more local experience with obviously great selection of sushi & others.

None.

Very good location, a few blocks from a Metro line and super central (max 30 mins subway trip to any notable location in the city!). Staff is kind and the hotel has a very cozy atmosphere because the building is super small with just a handful of rooms. They don’t offer a big breakfast but you have two options, bento box delivery or free mini viennoiserie until 10am, coffee also complimentary until 10am. The premier room with hinoki bath was very large for Japanese standards and well designed, and had a free nespresso machine which we loved. Beds were very comfortable.

We felt that some details lacked proper upkeep for this higher price point. For example, most walls should be repainted as they had some dark marks from usage. Some bathroom floor tiles were cracked. The shower head was a bit older. One of our bedroom curtains had a big coffee stain. It wouldn’t take too much to renovate these small details to make a more boutique impression. Hopefully the staff sees this feedback as an opportunity to improve on this front :)

Easily accessible to different subway stations. Hotel does not provide laundry services, but there is a nearby laundromat that is 24hrs. It’s lovely to soak in the tub after a long day of walking. Room was very clean and not dusty at all. A better hotel in comparison to others I’ve stayed in Tokyo.

Pricing communication was unclear. Originally the price for additional bed request was said to be inclusive of amount paid during check in. However, during check out, counter staff stated it as outstanding. I tried to check back the msges in booking.com, but the older msges were auto deleted. Was rushing for flight, thus I just paid an additional 292,000 yen for 5 nights and left.

We travelled with our two young children and we had an extra bed added to our double bed so it was less spacious but still very doable for our little family of 4. (It could somehow fit our 2 big and 1 medium sized luggages) The modern and wooden palette of the design in the room really helped us relax during our trip, and we really loved the cypress bath, it really helped us relax after a long day of walking in Tokyo. We also really like the breakfast bentos provided in the morning, they were delicious. (Although if more choices can be provided it will be better as after the 2nd day of having them it got a little boring). Hotel's in a great location as well, it's surrounded by a lot of lovely eateries (and a great sushi restaurant right next door). It has a tax free shop that sells cosmetics and medications and a Daiso upstairs so you can get everything you need right across the road. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!

Lack of table tops to use due to lack of space. We had to resort to using the stools to put our belongings (such as toiletteries and even as a little table top to eat for takeouts).

This is a boutique hotel In Tsukiji, about 10 minutes walk from Ginza and a few minutes from Tsukiji's outer market. Close to train stations and good restaurants, convenience stores nearby. We liked the location, close to Ginza but not crazy busy. The hotel is new, rooms are a good size - relatively spacious, for Tokyo hotels. Staff was exceptional: they were friendly and took the time to get to know us, gave some good recommendations for destinations in Tokyo and helped with everything we needed. The hotel has a private onsen which we used and was very nice. We had a very nice stay and will go back to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.
