Quick and easy check-in and check-out service, despite my limited Japanese. The hotel even held our bags for us while we explored the city, both before check-in and after check-out. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Location worked out well, close enough proximity to Tokyo station for me and my trip itinerary. Overall it felt like a great value for my money!

There very little that I disliked about this hotel. I guess the only downside is the small size of the room but I knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. Also, I think a small room is an appropriate trade-off for the lower cost. No complaints really.

I liked how we were in a nice area of the city. We were in the middle of it all but it was so quiet. Even though it's right next to a fire station, we weren't disrupted by any loud sounds. The room was quiet but it felt cozy because everything is right there at your fingertips! Beds were comfortable and the amenities were on point. I liked the cafe in the lobby, too.

For some reason, I thought the breakfast buffet was included in the hotel rate. It was just a minor disappointment that was probably just an oversight on my end. It was very affordable and decent.

The room is very clean, the location is excellent, walking distance to main attractions in Ginza, super close to two metro stations, Takaracho and Shinbashi stations. Cleaning staff and front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very cramped. We later stayed at APA Nagoya and I noticed the beddings (firmer mattress, better pillows, and more storage space under the bed). Not sure why it is not consistently applied in their Ginza-Takaracho branch.

Very convenient and close by to many areas. Walkable to Tokyo station, Ginza, and the fish market. Situated very close to the train station if you come from Haneda Airport. It’s like 1 min walk (but you need to look for the correct exit). Room is exceptionally clean, beds are very comfortable.

Rooms are tight. If you have more than 1 large suitcase, you will have an issue opening. Also, during mid season where it’s neither hot nor cold, you won’t have an option to select heat or cool. To change modes, you will need to ask the receptionist to do it for you.

About 15 mins walk from Tokyo train station. Also a metro station even closer by. Unfortunately the rooms only fit 1x double bed so as a family of 4 we had to book 2 rooms. But great value for 1 bedroom. Rooms are small, but it is Tokyo central. Staff were great, each day we got new towels and accessories delivered to our door. Aircon was amazing and a must in high summer. Loved that we could leave our bags before check in and after checkout, this gave us the ability to explore the city more on foot.

The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, and there were lots of plugs to charge all of my devices. The staff was very friendly and most spoke a few basic words of English, which was enough for the basic correspondence you would have with them. They gave me a free umbrella one day when it was raining and I asked where I could buy one, which was nice. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Takaracho Stn and a 10 minute walk from a Ginza line station, so it's easy to get to most places in Tokyo.

I wish there was a bit more room to tuck your suitcase away somewhere in the room. In some other APA hotels I stayed at, you could slide your suitcase under the bed, but not at this one. You could put it under or on the desk, but then the chair is awkwardly out. The hair dryer wasn't the greatest -- weak air on the highest setting. Also if you are a bigger person, you might find that the bed, while soft and comfortable, tends to start dipping in the middle after a few nights.

Good value for money. Staff was nice.

Has a metro station less than 100m but only good connection to the airport. To all other attractions we needed to walk to other metro line around 10 min away. Breakfast very simple with indian food options only. Room very small but is the norm in Tokyo as I undestand.

Very good location. Fairly close to the Tokyo main station and with many good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was a bit small, but for the price and the location, it was very well worth it, and I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a little small. Also, the staff did not always speak very fluent English (but it was mostly good enough), leading to some misunderstandings.

Facility was clean. Location was good in the sense that it was accessible to at least 3 different train lines that are walkable distance. Location was quiet though, with little supper or food option at the doorstep, with walking 5 - 10 minutes towards tokyo station to find food, but for those who enjoy a quiet environment it would be perfect. Room was a good size for what you paid for considering many hotel rooms in Japan are small, the rooms here are bigger than the APA hotel I have stayed at before in Ginza.

Generally, the stay was good. The only problem was no food options nearby.

Good location . Very near to Takaracho subway station exit A1 {1 minute walk). 10 minute waik to Ginza shopping as well as to Tokyo central station. Direct metro from Haneda as well as Narita airport. Good budget hotel. Shall again stay
