Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean

Unable to do laundry during our stay due to holidays

We really loved the location of the hotel, it’s a minute or two walk from a lovely shopping street on Ginza and only a couple of stops on train to Shibuya so easy to navigate. The staff here at the hotel were soo friendly and helpful, it is our first time in Japan and for this as our first experience of hotels was excellent. The Rooms are small but this is to be expected in Tokyo and we still managed with two adults and two large suitcases and two hand luggage suitcases just fine. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left. We will defo be recommending to any friends that are coming to Tokyo to stay here and if we are ever lucky enough to be back we would 100% book here again.

Very good location. The room was clean and came with a bath tub and shower. The staff were nice and spoke English. We had a bit of an emergency and the staff who helped us was super accommodating. He helped sort everything out

The room for 2 people was very small. Not a lot of space if you're travelling with big suit cases. We had the JR Pass and the nearby stations available didn't really take the JR Pass . Tokyo station is only one stop from Yurakuchou Station but it is a bit of a walk I would say 10mins. It's not long but difficult when carrying a small and large suitcase.

Location’s great. Rooms were tight for even average size couple. Bathroom is modern and clean. Staff cleaned the rooms daily unless requested otherwise but , they clean every 3dys mandatory. 24hr desk was great as we had early departures to Hiroshima and same for return to Narita T2. Breakfast staff were very courteous. Received help from desk staff for finding closest Japan post box. Use of Google Translate in real time voice conversation is a big help.

Room size is very tight. Bed pillows were too soft to be supportive. Bed is very tight to the window hence, going into and out of bed on only on side very awkward, especially for elderly couples. Lack of English or partial English channels on TV.

Breakfast was an excellent variety of Japanese and American foods. I looked forward to eating there every morning. Location is only a few minutes walk to Ginza Six. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants including two Family Marts and 1 7-Eleven. The convenience stores are so good, way better than what we have in the U.S..

The rooms are extremely small. It is difficult to have two suitcases open at the same time. There is no gym or laundry facility.

Excellent location near to Takaracho stations connecting the Keikyo line to Haneda T3. Also very centrally located within walking distance of Tokyo station, Kyobashi and Ginza subway stations. Staff was very warm and welcoming allowing us to check in an hour earlier without any extra cost. Small room good for a couple with kettle, hair dryer, tea coffee, sleeping Ryokan etc. Room was cleaned the next day with the towels and linen changed. Several combines, big shopping mall, restaurants nearby.

Great location in Ginza with some good food options in the area. Still the area is very quiet at night

Nothing to do with the hotel maybe but the airconditioning seemed to be connected to a main system and somehow there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming through. When we notified the staff they tried to remove the smell though while we were gone.

The hotel was excellent, so close to a lot of things - walking distance to a few different railway stations and tour pick up areas. Also 2 mini marts were very close by and many restaurants as well. Clean and tidy. Nice to have a bath in the bathroom. And those warm toilet seats are just magic!!

The room was exceptionally small. The bed was all but impossible to walk around so I had to climb over my partner to get to the other side. Young people would probably not worry but we are an elderly couple and it was annoying. No cupboards for your clothes - just some hangers on the wall rack in the hall way in.

Excellent location, at a walking distance from Ginza main roads and highlights. There's a big "OK Supermarket" not far from here, conveniently placed right under Uniqlo. Speaking of food, the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this size, with a good variety and with slightly different combinations of dishes everyday.

Rooms and beds are quite small.You need to be really good at space management in order to have a comfortable stay. And you might have issues with the aircon, as it hits one side of the bed.

We liked the location , so close to beautiful shops and great restaurants! the room was nice ,clean and not big but not too small ether all staff members were very kind and helpful…except for one

The very last staff member I spoke to was very rude because we did check out at 11:25 on 17th of April (which was previously discussed by a phone conversation )where we knowledged to pay a fee for late check out if needed to be ,when we came down I did greet her saying good morning and she replied in a loud voice :KEYS her maners and tone of voice were so un Japanese just appalling , I didn’t say anything to her at the time … just shocking
