The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to access many must-see spots around Tokyo. It is close to several great restaurants, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. Overall, a fantastic place and affordable place to stay if you are looking for something central and convenient.

Everything was as expected or better, but it is worth mentioning that the room is a bit small, though it still offers enough space to open a large suitcase, which worked well for us. Some staff members do not speak English, but this was never an issue as they were always helpful, and the translation apps made communication easy.

My sister and I stayed for 6 nights and 8 days. Staff are very helpful and accomodating. They were very nice and very welcoming. They helped us with everything, they even tried to book us a transportation and call Taxi to help us. They helped us even after we checked out! Amazing staff!!! We love the location. Very close to Iidabashi station. Very convenient. Close to restaurants and convenient stores.

Close to the Tokyo dome which was the purpose of our trip (Taylor Swift concert), close to the train stations and has plenty of convenience stores around. Room is tiny but was perfect for my two night stay with my 8 year old. The workers were very friendly and we could store our luggage until we had to leave to the airport.

It was near train station and the tokyo dome. my kid went to the concert of taylor swift just walking to the dome. The place is so clean and the staff are nice and kind. plenty of restos to eat and convenience store to buy. i love the place.

My sister and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hop Inn! The room was quite small, but that is expected for Tokyo and it was still enough space for what we needed! It was very clean, the staff was so helpful and nice, and it was just a 5 min walk to the train station. I really liked the location as it was pretty central to all the major neighborhoods people typically visit in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

The only downside was our room was facing a wall so we did not get much natural light, however we saw that rooms on the other side that did have natural light so we just got unlucky. This was not a big issue at all, but worth mentioning if you are staying for a long time!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hop Inn Idabashi in Tokyo for two nights, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly and provided all the information I needed. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and especial thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Junichi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and look forward to returning on my next trip to this incredible city.

Hop In is pleasantly close to several rail stations making daily commuting a breeze. The rooms are compact but well laid out.

Although it didn't affect me, this hotel does have a curfew. People traveling to the area to sample greater Tokyo nightlife may find themselves locked out of the hotel. Travelers may find the overall compactness of the hotel room to be a negative, as there isn't much space for larger luggage.

The staff, location to nearby restaurants and train stations, and amenities were all very nice. Deep tub in the bathroom with a high pressure shower. A/C cooled room off very efficiently. Quiet at all hours we were in our room. Overall an incredible value.

The bed was a bit firm and did become a little troublesome to sleep on after several nights - though the comforter itself was very plush. Mini fridge is tiny and could only hold a few items.

It was good location close to the metro station! The place was clean and the staff was overall nice! Liked the fact there was offering of amenities like bath salts and other hygiene products!

The bathroom was quite small and the bed was a bit on the harder side for me, and the mini fridge was super tiny! It didn’t get too cold, but nothing terrible!

Everything was new, clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, toiletries were offered down stairs and the staff was very nice and accommodating. They kept our luggage stored even after check out. Location was great and very close to the subway station.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but was fine for a few nights stay. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes very well, but the staff gave us hangers to dry our clothes in our room.
