Good location, close to trains (15 min to Tokyo station) and restaurants. The room was comfortable, very clean, every day with new coffee, tea and water. We could also send our baggage to the next hotel directly from this one, for a fair price, which was very helpful.

From a western point of view the room is not large, but I understand it can be perceived differently in Japan. Also the TV was in a weird position, not very comfortable to watch at. We were surprised that, even in such touristic hotel, not all the staff speaks English, but overall we manage to understand each other and they are all very kind.

Breakfast was excellent! My view was absolutely beautiful. It’s very close to the Metro stop. Very clean rooms and quite spacious. I enjoyed my stay here.

For me personally, the location was fine but it wasn’t the best. It isn’t on a city block but rather a main road, so when you walk outside you aren’t in the swing of things. Still, you can walk about 10-12 minutes and you’ll find a collection of shops and restaurants. I’d actually stay here again because the price is right, though I do prefer to be in the action.

The location was right beside the Tokyo Dome amusement park and very close to several subway stations. There were a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Breakfast was quite expensive as you can get a cheaper option close by, but it had a lot of choices both Japanese and Western foods. The room was reasonably large, but comfortable and with good views.

It was a very large corporate hotel that had little authentic atmosphere. Like a conference hotel that ran like clockwork. It is far from the Haneda International Airport and a taxi ride in the evening, cost 9,500 Yen on the meter and tolok 40+ minutes with the traffic. on the meter. Book a cheaper option or take the railway system, but allow time for the journey and for crowded trains with little room for big bags.

The hotel is located in the heart of a large entertainment area including an amusement park, Tokyo Dome, a lovely health spa (highly recommended) and numerous restaurants. Our room was on the small side, but very clean and comfortable and offered a terrific view of the city. There were many breakfast options catering to the large number of international guests.

Check in begins at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:56 and were given a ticket with number 66. This meant we had to wait until our number was called before we could actually check in. It didn't take too long, but it was kind of a waste of time. It's a large hotel and I suppose that's necessary in order to process so many people.

Amazingly comfortable rooms and bed with a spectacular view of all of Tokyo. Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with anything we needed. Free drinks in the mini-bar. We had to book on a whim as our last accommodation was unsuitable for us to stay in so it cost quite a bit but it was well worth the cost.

The bathroom was a little dated compared to the rest of the room but that's really the only issue with it. It was still very clean and spacious with lots of free consumables like body wash etc.

- Stuff english ain't the best one and sometimes they confirm something nevertheless it's not what they are meaning, but because they don't understand what are you saying, they continue repeating smth (but it's generally applicable in Japan)

Tokyo Dome Hotel was excellent!! A very convenient high rise hotel in an ideal section of Tokyo. The rooms are spacious and modern. Many restaurants and bars as well as a 24 hour convenience store. The morning breakfast buffet is amazing 😋!! Great helpful staff. Convenient glass elevators with great views of Tokyo and the Tokyo Dome. I highly recommend this hotel!

I liked the location. It's quiet, clean and supoer spacious comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. So, I would recommend it and consider another stay for my next visit.

We are guided to the self check-in system, which couldn't really feel any hospitality or warth that should be expected cosidering the price and the rank of this hotel. The breakfast is also just okay but could do better with the price they are offering.

This was my second time staying at Tokyo Dome hotel and I was again, very pleased with my experience. The staff was always so kind and helpful. We decided to try the premium room this time and the décor and set up were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was big enough to accommodate our luggage. Location is good and pretty central to most parts of the city. The breakfast was good and the area was kept stocked and clean.

Nothing. It's a reliable hotel option in Tokyo and the reason we chose to stay there a second time.

Location Proximity to shopping centers and train and subway station

The rooms are narrow and long TV is stupidly placed on the side and cannot be viewed comfortably from the bed. The room is so narrow that for two people there is no place to place the suitcases neither on the ground nor on the suitcase stand, which is meant only for a carry-on case, larger suitcases and for people like us who were staying there for four nights there is absolutely no place.
