Clean, quiet neighborhood, amenities close to jr station. They provided toothbrush/paste, brush, shwercap, razor, qtips,shower sponge etc

The breakfast buffet wasnt that great. Less choice. Chinese resto inside very pricy and food not great so I would not recommend.

Great location, a short walk from Iidabashi station, which is very well connected to all the main parts of the city. The room was small (to be expected in such a central location) but well furnished. The room was very modern including good air conditioning.

The room was very clean and the soundproofing to the street was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly!

Some extra automatic laundry machines are missing in the facilities, always queued to use them.

On-site restaurant had an incredible breakfast buffet. Staff was also friendly and willing to help.

We stayed in Japan for around 3 weeks and we slept in many hotel rooms. Room in Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo was spacious, quiet, nicely furnished and designed to the last detail with modern furniture. Personal was very polite and respectful. Metro station nearby. Hotel was clean, there were anything what we could need at our stay, even bottles of water and enough space to store our clothing.

We used also a laundry room and this room (or washmasine) could be locked during wash and there could be english instructions also.

Being a hotel in Tokyo, the room is quite large. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to a lot of attractions. The subway and JR train stations are only a few minutes walk away. My brother-in-law enjoy visiting Akihabara, and Akihabara is only 2 stops away without transfer!

The restaurants in the hotel seems to be quite expensive. We didn't eat their breakfast as it seems to cost 2500 yen per adult!

Newly renovated, compact room as booked. Everything in the room was very clean, organized and convenient: Coffee maker, water kettle, wine glasses, cups, bottle opener, 2 tissue boxes, … . Super friendly staff. it was possible to check in one hour early without fuss (of course this depends on availability). I asked for an iron and it was delivered to my room promptly. Luggage hold on the day of check out. House keeping was also very attentive to my requests (extra towels). The air conditioning was good. The windows do not open, but there a small side windows that allow airflow. Very conveniently located near several subway stations and JR. Easy to get to Tokyo Station. Many nice restaurants and bars nearby (Iidabashi Station and towards Suidobashi Station). Imperial palace is in walking distance. Recommend an evening run/stroll around the palace area.

Nothing really. I was a little puzzeld about the choice to put a massive marble/iron side table in the compact room. It ended up to be of great use, since I used it as a desk. However it seems like there are accidents waiting to happen (busted toes etc.). Gives the room a high quality touch though.

great location, great amenities, friendly staff some speak English, Starbucks & 7-11 literally 20 steps out the back entrance. Suidobashi & Lidabashi train station a few minutes walk. Beautiful lobby & clean throughout. Close to the Tokyo Dome, went to a game. Tokyo Dome City is great family fun. Koishikawa Korakuen Garden nearby was beautiful & serene.

Standard room is cozy & small but typical for a Japanese hotel. Larger rooms are available at additional cost. Breakfast buffet was okay because of the omelette bar but otherwise things were cold. Bathroom ventilation is poor, like a sauna after showering. Windows can be cracked open. Toilet flush is thunderous.

Room was very clean. Great location, extremely close to the subway, shops, and restaurants. This was my wife and my first trip to Japan and this was our first hotel after arriving from the airport. The place made a great impression on me. It's not a five-star, but we spent very little time at the hotel anyway. When you're on vacation, you want to be out and about. When it was time to come home, it was a great place to rest though. Was quiet, had laundry facilities, and a 24-hour store across the street.

Room was a bit small (queen bed, I think) , but we expected that. For a couple like us with 2 small roller luggage it was fine. If you have bigger/more luggage maybe get a bigger room.
