We booked this hotel as a base point for our travels and the location was good, close to public transports and lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. There is also a laundry place near the hotel. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There were a lot of amenities available in the room. There was a microwave and drinks vending machine available, which I used and it worked well.

We had some communication issues, we tried to send the luggage to the airport and we specifically asked when we should bring it. The person at the front desk said in the morning of the previous day, but it was only until 9am, be aware of this timeline if you’re planning on using the service. We were supplied with fresh towels and yukatas everyday, which felt like a waste of resources to me. I thought the room was very small, not sure if it’s an appropriate hotel for families with kids to be honest. The restaurant was not open during the Golden Week.

the comfortable bed, good quality shampoo, appreciated the toiletries given, nice and clean, polite staff.

ancient TV that had only 10 channels all in japonese and only BBC news, the remote control of TV didn't worked properly, I couldn't do phone mirroring cause of poor internet connection and the ancient TV, a basket for used towels dosen't exist in room, and I was very BOTHERED by the fact that no visitors during day were allowed in my room, sure I understand that is not allowed fir overnight staying, I agree, but come on, forbidding the visit in the room during the day? that's kinda harsh for a solo traveler, but next time I know so I'll book somewhere else besides APA.

The bed is very comfortable and even has storage underneath which was a nice surprise, as we have stayed at this hotel in the past and there wasn't much storage space for two suitcases back then. This hotel is close by many convenient stores and the train station. Always stay at APA hotels as the rooms are great and the staff are always very friendly. Would stay again :)

The rooms are quite small for a couple, but we were aware of this before our stay and the extra storage under the bed for bags frees up lots of space in the room! Check in is from 3:00pm and wish it was sooner.

The stuff was great and really tried to help when needed. Room size is a bit on a small side but for the price, location and general situation with room sizes in Tokyo it was ok. Though for 2 people it will be really tough. Room had almost anything you may need. They accepted my luggage be stored in the hotel till late hour on check-out day

Some small gadgets were missing - like bottle opener, but you may ask on reception and they provide it (asking to return ASAP) Bathroom is really! small and a bit old

An apa hotel is an apa hotel. Compact and convenient. We stayed here as it was close to a capsule hotel nearby that we wanted to tick off our list. Well a night in this apa hotel was cheaper and much more comfortable with a lot less noise! The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags off early and they also helped us to arrange a luggage service to Kyoto. We didn’t try any amenities in the hotel. The room was grand especially at a cheap price. The location is close to the Tokyo dome housing many restaurants and shops. We also visited the nearby gardens (for a small fee) which were beautiful. Whilst not in the overtly touristy location of Tokyo, it was very conveniently located to a nearby subway. This also meant less queues at the hotel which we thought was rather quiet!

Nothing to dislike really. People may not enjoy the location nor the interior or size of the room, however, it is as depicted in the photos and was the cheapest room of our stay in Tokyo.

Very close to the metro station. The workers were extremely nice and helpful, The breakfast was great, I love the traditional breakfast. They clean your room when you ask but anyway they leave clean towels coffee and all other stuff in front of your door without bothering. The last end was the best bed. It was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. It was an excellent experience ❤️

Rooms at APA hotels are all the same, therefore you know what to expect. They are small, but comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price, but served at the neighbouring hotel, two minutes away. Breakfast is Japanese style. Very nice, good quality, with different choices. The hotel is located near Iidabashi, a main metro station.

in this APA hotel the rooms' doors faced an open corridor, so rain and wind made these corridors quite cold. Not a big problem, just a strange configuration.

The fact that it's walking distance to both Iidabashi translation and tokyo dome. 2nd time staying at apa iidabashi eki minami. Great for solo travel or with a partner. Rooms are small but you shouldn't be spending most of your time in the hotel room

I stayed at this hotel because i went to a concert at Tokyo Dome. I would recommend it and definitely stay again in the future! there are many place to eat around the hotel and seven eleven also family mart nearby. It is also close to Iidabashi station Tozai line.

Strategic location near both Iidabashi station & Suidobashi station.

Branch manager and staff are really helpful. They helped me to solve the mistake I made on sending parcel wrongly to Niigata, and within 24 hours, I got my parcel from the wrong location back to this hotel APA. Really thank you from the deep bottom of my heart.
