Very cool concept of architecture and interior design. Straight up - the rooms are bigger than the photos (compared to other tokyo hotels), i recommend getting the loft if budget permits as it is a very smart use of the space. Neighbourhood is very interesting, lots of restaurants, cafes and izakayas at walking distance in different directions.

Odd thing we didn't like during checkout is the hotel staff wasn't able to help us book a big taxi for our big luggages, they said they can only book a regular taxi. We had to book it ourselves through uber.

Nice in between location, Easy to get to Akihabara/Asakusa but also to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which is what initially drew us to the hotel. The joint rooms meant we had two bathrooms and lots of space to go in between both rooms. Was well aware of the trains as per the other reviews so that didn't phase us and we were able to get in some good rest. Staff were lovely, helpful that during the night the street parking is free so we were able to park with no trouble as it's a side street. But suidobashi station is a stone throw away and also tokyo dome for all the eateries. Such a nice location, Beds were japanese style so not the most comfortable but we're weren't staying for long so didn't mind.

The accommodation is quirky but we loved it. The location is really convenient as it is so close to suidobashi station as well as Tokyo Dome and there is a FamilyMart and 7-11 really close by as well. Staff at the front desk were really helpful. Really liked that you don't need coins to use the washing machines or dryers.

The dryers only run for 30 minutes at a time so you have to keep going back and paying every 30 minutes until you can feel your clothes are dry. I couldn't find anywhere that said in English in the information provided if there was any other way to dry your clothes.

Great location - only a short walk from the train station and close to everything we needed. Convenience stores close by, and great coffee shops in the neighbourhood. We stayed in two different rooms which were both great, showers had good water pressure, aircon worked well, and the outside noise from the train line and highway overpass were barely audible despite them being right outside our windows. Overall a great stay that was good value for money!

Would have liked the cafe to be open a bit earlier but I understand it's pretty common for cafes to open later in Japan!

Very comfortable and cosy accommodation, with a cute cafe on the top floor, which is where they served breakfast. Despite it being a relatively small room, it didn’t feel that way at all. Great location and quiet area that was on the river and close to a metro station, convenience stores, and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

The side of the floor our room was on, was eye level with an overpass road. It actually made for a unique view, but it might not appeal to others. However, most rooms wouldn’t have this view and the sound proofing was so good in the room you couldn’t hear the traffic, despite the road literally being only meters away.

Location was great (no breakfast included option). Room was exactly as advertised and surprisingly spacious for a family of three. Loved the colour decor and room facilities were good.

Disappointed that it was next to impossible to sit down at the top-level cafe due to reservations (despite being refused when I asked if I could make a reservation). Got the impression it might be locals, not guests enjoying the view and cafe. And most reception staff didn't make much effort (exception was helpful staff on last day with left luggage).

Very good location with the Chuo Local line and multiple metro lines close by with Suidobashi and Iidobashi stations. We particularly visited Akihabara and Shinjuku a lot so this was a perfect location for it. Staff were very helpful. All spoke good English so communication was never an issue. We were able to drop bags before check in and after check out which was very helpful, and a luggage delivery we had a arranged was sent directly to our room. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling: a sandwich, soup and drink of our choosing every day. The room was clean and comfortable. Because it was two rooms connected into one we had two bathrooms and a door separating the 2/3 person sides which was very good for a 5 person room. Meant we didn't disturb each other in the night and had more than one shower/toilet to share.

Didn't cause us any issues but being on the 3rd floor facing the railway the train noise is noticeable. It is significantly dampened compared to how loud they are outside but I can see them causing issues if you were a light sleeper. Because it is the Chuo Local and Rapid lines on that track there are trains literally every 2-3 mins all hours of the day except midnight to around 6am. I believe the connected rooms all face the railway line, so just keep this in mind if this would cause an issue to someone in your group.

1) Very friendly staff.. they were accommodative and helped us with heating up our shop-bought morning vegetarian breakfast and drinks for the kids as their cafe was closed during our stay. 2) Connecting bedrooms worked really well for our family of 4. Having two bathrooms and separate bedrooms meant we had more space than the usual tiny hotel rooms in Tokyo. 3) There are 7/11s near the hotel. Tokyo Dome and various eateries are a short walk away. Location is convenient for train travel as 2 metros (suidabashi and lidabashi) are within walking distance connecting to most tourist spots.

The noise from the trains can disturb your sleep. But we already knew that when we booked. So no surprises however it was less of an issue than we thought it would be. We hardly noticed it after long days of a lot of walking around the city... and having an upper floor probably helped. (Note: Towels are changed everyday but the room is cleaned only once every few days. It was not a problem for us).

The hotel is very well located in the Suidobashi area and is a less than 5 minute walk from both the metro station and convenience stores, plus food options. The room itself had all the basic amenities required and there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor.

We had a corner room which even with only two of us was a bit of a squeeze but this is par the course in Japan generally. The location of the hotel is right where the metro goes by on the overpass so if your room is facing that direction you will hear noise (but the metro ends around 12pm).

I loved this hotel! It's in a convenient area of Chiyoda, right near the train, but outside of the busiest areas so it feels like a reprieve. Most hotel rooms are pretty tiny in Tokyo, so I found the size to be as expected but perfectly suitable. My family had three rooms: 2 corner units and one standard. The corner layout was a little more cramped, so go with the standard if you have the choice. I didn't find noise to be a problem, as others have mentioned -- but I also lived in NYC for 15 years, so maybe I'm used to it? I asked my family if they had issues and they did not. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and we were able to ship our luggage to our next destination in Kyoto with ease. I would definitely stay here again!

I do with the coffee shop opened earlier and they had more breakfast options -- the only option before 10 AM is to order a coffee at the front desk. Which is a shame, because the cafe has lovely coffee options after 10 but we were usually gone by then! However, there are several coffee shops nearby, so it's not much of an issue.
