We really appreciated the friendly staff, they really went out of their ways to make our stay confortable. We liked the room and the location. The beds were really confortable, the size of the room was really good for the price in Tokyo.

The check-in is online, and with the fraudulent messages circulating on Booking at the moment, it was a bit unnerving but it all got sorted out when we got there physically. Also, we would have appreciated more explanation on the water usage (heating, quantity and so on) but overall, our stay was really confortable.

Efficient check-ins and nice staff. The facility was great and it felt like an actual house that we were living in. The driver kindly offered to drive us to Ueno station for the skylines express because we were tight on time and would almost miss our flight.

The hotel is a bit far, we needed to walk around 8 mintues from Iwamotocho station to reach there.

The property is situated in the Kanda area, just one stop away from the Tokyo station. There is an Aeon mini mart and coin laundry just around the corner, less than 100m away from the hotel. The checkin and checkout are DIY. Pre-fill your particular before arrival. There is a DIY luggage storage, if you are there early, just lock the luggage. The bed is very comfortable and the space is larger than the usual Japanese hotel in Japan ( usually only 12sqm)

The soundproofing can be improved. Can hear what the guest next door’s conversation easily.

Very good and spacious room—great for resting a few nights. Check-in was completed on a tablet, and I was assisted by very friendly staff. Booking was hassle-free, even though I booked my stay just minutes prior (traveling solo and picking hotels as I go). This was the largest and most spacious room I stayed in out of the four hotels on this trip.

The walls were on the thinner side, but since I used earplugs, I didn’t notice any noise issues and slept well. The room was a little chilly at first, especially near the windows, but the heat pump worked great. It was cold and very dry outside as well, so not really something the hotel could control. However, as a Nordic person, I’m used to double-glazed windows, etc. So there standards are pretty high!

The room is larger than most hotels offering at this price point. We booked it following the reviews of others and found the twin-share room clean, comfortable and well maintained during our 14-day stay. Checking in was easy with the PIN code and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. There's a (AEON) supermarket round the corner and a Mini-Stop convenience store located a block away. The hotel is a short walk (about 650m) from Akihabara station or Kanda station which may be a challenge if one is travelling with a lot of luggage. Note that the hotel doesnt have laundry facilities on-site but there is a fully equipped 24-hour laundromat about 1.5 blocks (3-5mins) walk.

Nothing negative comes to mind. We enjoyed our stay at the property.

Very fun room. I enjoyed the surprise of the room when I walked in. There seems to be many types of rooms here so it’s a bit of a lucky dip. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and also though it’s very self reliant they still were helpful and kind. Helped to store our bags both before and after our stay.

It was a small walk from the station. If you have difficulty walking it might be not as convenient. But it’s still around 10min to about four different stations.

Property was easy to find, in a nice quiet location but still close to two train stations. It was very tidy and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Room for both of our massive suitcases too. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower as well. We even got a balcony which made it easy to check the temperature in the mornings before heading out. They have luggage storage so you can drop your bags off earlier if needed.

No dislikes from us

The hotel is a short walk away from the train stations so its very convenient. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was bigger than we expected and it was very clean. We even had a refrigerator which was not mentioned in the description. They had no problems with us leaving our luggage at the hotels storage after checkout or us waiting in the shared spaces for our flight to depart.

There was a very minor miscommunication with the rooms clean up scheduling which was quickly resolved.

It was on a higher level, there was a big balcony for the room which was really nice. Everything was perfect. The lounge room at the reception was soo cool with all the statues. It was easy to check in and check out. you can find so many shops and restaurants around the hotel. 10 mins walk to reach Kanda station and Kanda Fureai dori street where you can have more options to be entertained or relaxed. The room was a little bit too "busy"... I mean too many patterns at the same time (carpet on the floor, wallpaper, ceiling). Well but it was UNIQUE so.... :)

Very big room, had pretty much everything you can ask for. Honestly I wouldn't even call it a room, it's more like an apartment. Excellent value, not much more to say, whatever you may need they have.

This wasn't a problem for me but this hotel wouldn't work for very tall people (190+), toilet room is rather small and the shower's roof is also rather low. Location is actually good but if you want to be close to Akihabara's main street there might be better options within the same price range. 900m from Akihabara's main street isn't a lot but if all you want is to go around for a bit it does become a hassle to walk that distance.
