Honestly the convenience of location and the area around was pretty nice. Staff was polite and had great recommendations for food and sight-seeing

The staff is kind and always has a smile on their faces. The room is clean but a little small, but overall, our stay was wonderful and very accessible to the station.

Convenient location, Iwamotocho station is close by. Akihabara is also a short walk away.
There was trash under the bed, lots of dust too. Will wreak havoc to those with dust allergies.

Good location. The hotel is near Kanda station and the center with shops and restaurants. One station far from the great Okachimachi center with a super atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. At check in, I've been welcomed by someone who speak very well English. That was easy and therefore convenient to make requests and have relevant information. The room is ok, well equipped but very small as mentioned in some comments. I think it's impossible to make it smaller with a private bathroom. Soundproof looks good. The hotel is facing a main road so ask a higher and backwards room if possible. There are 11 floors and a laundry for customers at the second one.
Communication is a bit complicated with some front desk officers. That generates misunderstandings and weird situations. Like the renewal of my key card which took time and several steps. And then later I had to confirm again my extension booking. Nothing bad, just unusual. And by the way, people are very kind and willing. The carpet was very dusty, and behind the TV there was years of dust. They agreed to clean it on my demand.

It's near Kanda, you can store your Luggage after checking out. Easy Self-check-in. There is everything for basic needs.
It's easy to miss that you book a smoker room instead of a normal one. For 2 Persons it's a rather small bed. You get the feeling it's for people bringing someone to sleep with there...
