The hotel is just about an hour train ride from Narita airport - which is quite an advantage if you land in Narita which is far from the rest of the town. It’s conveniently located a few min walk from Tawaramachi station on two subway lines. Its neighbourhood is neat and quiet with the Akasaka shopping street, 24hr Donki, Rox shopping mall and the kitchenware street within walking distance. I was aiming for diy accessory parts and the shopping distract at Akasakabashi was heaven - which is less than 20min walk or two subway stops away. Staffs were very helpful and walked the extra mile to help prior to my arrival. The room is more spacious than many other hotels at similar price.

The bathroom was a bit stuffy when i first checked in as ventilation didnt seem sufficient. So i left the aircon on for a while and it worked.

Breakfast was very tasty, hotel is clean and staff friendly, recommendable for business travel, handling of luggage was excellent

Small rooms like typical for Japan, parking lot close to hotel is practically full all time, 2nd parking lot is 3min to walk from the hotel but still acceptable

Location and closeness to the Ginza metro line and Asakusa in general.

Room was too hot and the control panel on the wall impossible to figure out even with knowledge of Japanese.

Great location in Asakusa, closed to 3 different lines (with one direct to Narita airport). The hotel is well located in Asakusa and the bedroom is super clean and comfy.

The pillows are a bit thin but otherwise everything was perfect!

Excellent location, friendly staff, and close to the train station, street markets and Senjo shrine. The Hop on-off bus stops at front which was super handy.

The pillows didn't suit me, and hotel laundry is pricey. Best to use Na's laundromat just around the corner.

The staff were helpful and the hotel location was near the Asakusa street as well as the train stations.

Aircon was not working and it is hot in the room so the staff has to open the window of the room so that the cold air can enter the room. It would have been better if it was tested or check first first before the room was assigned to us. We could have been transferred to another room with working aircon. There was also no complimentary water or coffee inside the room which is somehow an expectation for the hotels. Was also surprised that we have to pay hotel tax when we checked in because which we thought that, tax was already incorporated when we booked online.

Good breakfast in a choice of a Chinese or Japanese beef restaurants and situated in an interesting area. The beer happy hour was appreciated

Coffee machine didn’t work in the main restaurant and wasn’t good in the other; it’s an important start to the day for most people.

The location is superb. Close to Tawaramachi station and many other sights in Asakusa. For the price point, a very reasonable business hotel. The staff were fantastic, assisting with any queries, and were happy to accept a small package being shipped there before we arrived . The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room is a little on the small side, but that is to be expected in Tokyo, but was a little bigger than I expected (twin bed room). I did find the bed could have used another pillow. That comes down to personal preference though, but I am certain that the staff would have been able to assist. I didn't ask for another however, and that is on me.

The location and the room are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, I can leave or put my luggages while I went to other cities.

The fridge in the room is not cold, I couldn't keep my ice cream or milk inside.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at -- room was amazing (we requested for a top floor and got it, we were a party of three and the room was perfect with the amount of space and the view of the Skytree), also really enjoyed the format of the room we stayed at and the decor, the hotel was clean. This place is close to great food and the Asakusa Shrine/Don Quixote, convenience stores, and multiple modes of public transportation.

Not much to write here, I think this place was good value for money and I really enjoyed the room we had.
