The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. Location is amazing, you're in the heart of the historical Tokyo, Asakusa. The hostel is close to the few stations and there are several convenience stores nearby. If you want to see Senso-ji early in the morning or late at the night, this is the best place to stay.

The inside of the bathrooms were clean but the common area felt like dirty, there were hair everywhere. I wish we could've use slippers inside of bathroom space too. I felt weird walking barefoot.

When I first entered the building, I thought I was in the wrong place. The reception is really small, and the place has a shady atmosphere with bare grey concrete walls and floors that doesn't make it feel welcoming at all. Despite the disappointing first impression, my stay here turned out to be quite comfortable. Even though the dormitory has a lot of beds and its definitely cramped, that's typical of Tokyo, so they have put a lot of care into maximizing the storage options. The pods feel private and each bed has a comfortable mattress and clean sheets, with a mirror and multiple power points, a small desk/storage area and a small locker. In each room, there are also shelves for storage of luggage, although it's mostly not large enough for big suitcases, as well as lockers outside on each floor and near the bathrooms. The place is cleaned regularly (I saw the cleaning staff many times), and the toilet and bedrooms were always in good condition (though the concrete floor makes it look dirty always). There are separate showers for women on the basement floor as well as toilets available inside the female dorm room. There's a lovely terrace to relax with a great Skytree view, (although people were smoking despite the no smoking signs). If you don't plan on spending too much time at your hotel, it's a cheap place with everything you need to store your stuff, clean up with a hot shower, enjoy some snacks with a view and have a comfortable night's sleep. Location is in a very quiet part of the neighbourhood but close to three train lines which gives you good access to the rest of Tokyo as well as direct access to Haneda Airport.

Common spaces and reception could use a bit of refurbishment. Cleaning staff leaves the room doors wide open which raises questions for security, but as this is a dorm hostel, it's best to always keep valuable items with you. The passcode system is quite noisy especially since it needs to be entered multiple times because the keys don't press properly, a digital lock might be better.

everything was so well thought out here! from the pod style beds with a light, mirror, folding shelf, mini locker (and big), multiple outlets with usb, hooks and hangers, to the really clean and well stocked shower rooms (even provided conditioner!). the lounge area was a really nice extra with a balcony and view. really nice place to chill out, hostel is quiet and calm. such a great location, a few mins walk from at least 3 subway stations, including one right to airport, and in the center of Asakusa to explore many tourist attractions located there! also lots of little shops and restaurants around, definitely felt like the safest part of Tokyo I visited, especially walking around at night

was pretty expensive, but that’s Tokyo!! pillow could’ve been comfier and would’ve liked a towel (might have just needed to ask), that’s all tho!

1. The staff members are helpful. 2. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Toothbrush& toothpaste for a small fee. Bring own towel or rent theirs. 3. You can cook in the lounge, which has a great view of Tokyo Skytree. 4. Laundry 300yen for 30mins, dryer 100yen for 30mins. There are 2 sets, but if you don't want to wait, there's a laundromat situated at the same row. 5. Convenient. Metro stations, eateries, kombini (convenient stores) nearby.

1. Limited storage room, you may want to repack your stuff outside the dorm. Luggage with open top is the best. 2. The free internet may not be as strong/fast as you want. 3. Your comfort depends on your dormmates. :)

The kitchen was good, enough equipment to cook. It was awesome to have the view and the balcony every night. There’s also a tv with channels & Netflix! The dorm was quieter than other dorms I have tried in Tokyo! The toilets are right next to the dorm which is convenient. The showers are in the basement but once a day is not too much trouble. Staff was really friendly. Wifi was great. Location is awesome too! Definitely okay to stay here for a week unlike other hostels in Tokyo where a couple night was more than enough. I’ll choose this one again when I come back to Tokyo! Thank you :)

Very nice, with a great location! Kitchen was well-equipped, view was great from the lounge, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Sleeping pods felt quite private and were well equipped with outlets, a mirror, and foldable desk. The neighbourhood felt very safe even at night (~11pm) so this was a great place to stay for my first solo travel as a woman. I'd definitely come back!

Bathrooms were clean, but not 100% spotless, but this is probably just because of other travellers. There is no lockers for luggage, only a shelf in each dormitory, so bring a lock if you are worried about your belongings.

It was quite comfortable and convenient for a capsule hotel in Tokyo. It was very close to the metro and being in Asakusa was very advantageous for me as a location. The bathroom and toilet were always clean. Cleaning was carried out regularly on a daily basis. You can request that your bed covers be changed once for free. There was a TV in the kitchen and there was also a beautiful balcony with a view of Tokyo SKYTREE. There are shoe closets at every floor. There is a small key-locked closet next to your bed where you can put your belongings safely. In general, I would like to say that I was very satisfied and the employees were very kind & friendly. It is definitely a place I would prefer on my next visit to Tokyo. If you are traveling solo, you can choose this place with peace of mind.

We had a private room which was huge and for the price was extremely good value for money. The room had a double bed , sofa, extra long desk, dressing table, blankets provided , dressing gown, slippers and toiletries and more . I would recommend this room to anyone even looking for a hotel room in Tokyo. Shared toilets were very clean and available on each floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage from 8am the day you check in til 11pm when you check out. Think I read that you can also pay a small fee to leave it there when you aren’t staying there . They have tiny locks to lock them up. They also have umbrellas available to borrow which was really handy with the rainy weather. Shared kitchen facilities had basic coffee machine (no milk) and ice ready to use in the freezer .

Showers were on the basement floor and although they were extremely clean and well maintained , you had to take the lift to get to them which was a bit of a trek - we were on the third or fourth floor !

The guesthouse has a unique vibe, and I stayed in one of the large dormitories. At first, the concrete floors and rows of capsule beds made it feel a bit impersonal, almost like a factory. However, the capsule beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the bedding was very clean. The shared bathrooms in the dorms and the showers in the basement were spotless, with excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. The kitchen is small but functional, and there’s a nice terrace for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a digital map of all the best restaurants and cafés in the area. The location is excellent, right at the intersection of several metro stations, making it super convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a good experience. If I were to return, though, I’d opt for a smaller dorm for a more intimate atmosphere.
