The location was very good. A very short walk to Asakusa train station and also to Kaminarimon temple area. The room was very clean, the bedding very nice and the bath had all sorts of amenities.
The rooms were so small, our two carry-on suitcases had to be moved each time we wanted to go from the bed to the bathroom or hall! There are two APA hotels within a block of each other and both us, and taxi drivers had a hard time getting to the right one. The control panel for all the lights was ancient and difficult to figure out. Halfway through the night, I accidentally turned off the outlet charging our phones

The location is 5 minute walk to Sensoji and train station to haneda & narita airport. Lots of top class restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, attractions within walking distance too. Tne staff were helpfull with all my questions, check in took less than 5 minutes and I was 2 hours early. The breakfast was good with 3 set menu selections but rather on the expensive side. The restaurant staff were also very courteous. I used the tiny bath tub everynight to take hot bath.
The room, bathroom size is very small but I know that however the room has everything I need. I just wish the room & bathroom could be a bit bigger.

Location. Location. Location. If there's anything APA hotel chain can claim as bragging rights, that would be their presence in the best locations of Tokyo. hence if one is confised with all the selection of hotels, you can always choose APA as the safest best. They have a stadard room layout. Convenient, comfortable and clean. Plus amenities like laundry area is helpful to travellers who dont want to bring a whole lot of wardrobe.
It can get a bit warmer. Heating is centralized so you cant set it to your preference. I had to open the window to let some November breeze come in.

The hotel has a wonderful location, conveniently close to popular tourist spots, restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway station. The room was just as described—while it's a bit compact, we managed comfortably with our small suitcases. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we appreciated having two pillows per person. We didn’t hear much noise from neighboring rooms, though there was a bit of sound from the hallway due to a small gap under the door (but nothing concerning for privacy). The staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to assist us, even helping arrange the transfer of our luggage to our next hotel. Both the Western and Japanese breakfast options were delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Japanese breakfast and curry breakfast were great. Western breakfast was a bit weird (one boiled egg, two thick pieces of bread with salad and a yogurt). The restaurant was the landmark I used with Google Maps so I made sure I ended up back at the right hotel.
I had no clue that there were three similarly named hotels within walking distance of each other, so I ended up trying to send luggage to the wrong hotel, check-in to the wrong hotel, etc... Other than that, the place was great! I was running out of steam (holidays can be tiring) and it was a comfortable place to relax until I was ready to explore.

The room was comfy and as described in the photos. It's super close to metro station so you can easily go to other sides of the city but also pretty with plenty to see within walking distance. Staff was really nice and let us store our lugagge from early morning so we were able to explore the city before check-in.
Nothing bad on the hotel just pay attention to which one you book as there's at least 3 APAs in the area and it's easy to go to the mistaken one.

There are tons of APA hotels in Japan and at least 10 around Asakusa station. Ours was great, 2 min walk from the station in very quiet small street, with absolutely everything you need inside the room (also things you even don't think about). The area is full of shops, restaurants, shrines and markets, while less crowded than other Tokyo districts. We also got to few places by nice walk from there - imperior palace, Tokyo station and Ueno beautifull area.
The room is tiny; it's the only disadvantage, not so bad through.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is super close to the Senso-ji temple, restaurants, and Don Quijote, especially for the price. The staff was nice and friendly too, and stored our luggage for us after we checked out. WiFi worked well too!
The rooms are very small, which is normal for Tokyo. It worked just fine for me and my friend, but if you have a lot of luggage, you might struggle with the space.

The room was well-equipped and made use of the space very well. Everything had its place, and there was just enough room to place your things out of the way, while still providing the basics (desk space, chair, fridge, etc.) There was good light and a nice view from my room. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, very polite, and made me feel welcome. The location was great, a few minutes away from the Kaminarimon Gate -- so there were a lot of tourists around, but it made for good energy. The hotel is tucked away in a more quiet spot, but close enough to walk to the train.
Space is always tricky, so I would have liked a little more space to be able to work with a suitcase, but with a little patience, it works out alright. Again, for one person.

Everything. The size of the room and bathroom, the views of the city (at least from the 14th floor were fantastic), minifridge in the room, big and comfortable beds, two chairs and big desk, friendly and helpful staff, good quality amenities and hair dryer, perfect location
This is just me being picky but only one elevator for 14 floors. My room was on the 14th floor so taking the stairs was out of the question. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for the lift, but it could've been a problem in rush hour. The microwave is located next to the Reception by the lobby, not very convenient. Would've been better located in a more private areas or inside the rooms.
