Rooms were pristine with very attentive cleaning and reception staff at the hotel. Loved that the cleaning staff always came by with clean towels, slippers, and green tea.

My room for one guest actually smelled of sewage from the bathroom despite how clean it was. I could never find the source. Also, I wish the pillow was more comfortable. I was only given one and it felt like a cross between a bean bag and some stuffing. The ratio was more beans than stuffing.

The room was nicely sized for 3 people and the staff was very helpful, they even held onto our luggage for us before we checked in so we didn't have to carry it around all day. There was a convience store right next door, so that made food and drinks very accessible.

The only strange thing about the room was the layout of the bathroom. The switch for the light was in a strange location that was a little hard to locate and opening the door really blocked off a chunk of the room. We had a corner room designed for 3 people, so this might be why the layout was a little odd.

The location was perfect! Just across Shintomicho station and 2 mins walk from tsukiji station. Less than 10 mins walk to tsukiji outer market! Just a couple minutes away from Ginza. Couldn't ask for a better location than this hotel. The room was small but enough for 1 big, 1 medium, 1 small suitcase and 1 baby stroller😌. The cleanliness was top notch!

I think the check out time was a bit early, but i don't know if it's the common policy in Japan.

The staff didn’t say hello or recognized me anytime i went in or out the hotel, the space in the room is a bit too little

The room was within expectation. It's good for it's price, but doesn't stand out too much from your average hotel. The staff spoke some English (not a lot), but it was contrary to other reviews I saw. Although the singular pillow on the bed was a bit uncomfortable, they gave us a second pillow when we asked which was very kind. Most of all I'm just glad the hotel is within walking distance of 2 stations.

Whoever reviewed about the poor air conditioning was correct. They have a high, low, and off button for air condition, but you can never tell the temp in the room, and it almost felt like the air conditioner was heating rather than cooling.

Small but really comfortable room with great facilities. Close by to convenience stores and Tsukiji metro station and parks. Great location as it was quiet and not touristy but easy to get to popular neighbourhoods like Ueno, Roppongi and Ginza without changing lines and easy to get to Shibuya or Harajuku changing to the train. Really enjoyed my stay.

The amazing service. It starts when you approach the desk and the greeting is warm and encouraging. Language is no barrier as there is someone who speaks English and Chinese. Or whichever language is needed. The kiosk for checking out is amazing and quick. The hotel is top notch and worth every penny or moment you spend there. The close restaurants and convienent stores are perfect when traveling with family .

Nothing.. I was totally impressed and being a world traveler, I wish other countries will follow your example.

I liked the options of the facilities and it surprisingly had a lot of free things to use for your stay if you didn’t bring your own things. The staff were friendly and helpful when I did my best to communicate. The rooms were also cleaned every day and I appreciated the new pajamas to wear.

While I appreciate the option to do laundry, the dryer didn’t work properly for me. My clothes went through two 30 minute cycles and were still damp. And for my personally, the location is far from anything to do or if you’re tired.

Very good location, in between Ginza and Tsukiji market. It is also very close to the metro line with several convenience stores in the area as well as restaurants. They clean your room everyday and renew everything which is appreciated as for the size that’s typical Japanese rooms size and we were fine with it.

The room was small but cozy. I enjoyed the green tea and robes they provided. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, and the water gets nice and hot. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The location was nice, we walked to some really good restaurants (plenty of choices) and saw the beautiful waterfront and parks near the hotel. It also seemed pretty central to get places by train.

The staff thought Okinawa was not part of the Japan Travel Plan at first, however, when I informed them it was an option on the drop-down when booking the hotel under the program, they decided it was eligible. There was also some confusion about my being a resident of Japan because I am U.S. military and I did not have a resident card. I was able to provide proof of address however and they were able to apply to travel coupons.
