Very nice atmosphere, the room had everything we needed. The area was very nice and calming. The people were nice.

Our room was on the ground floor, which meant our balcony was too and we couldnt make much use of it because everyone was walking by. The bed was very hard and there were no spare bedsheets so we could change them since there was no way for them to dry in one day. The neighbors were very loud and there was some kind of bus or truck every day at exactly 2 or 3 am right outside our window, making a lot of noise. There was also no storage space but we managed.

Spacious enough for 2 people for 2 weeks, good walking distance to 2 different stations. All the amenities needed to do laundry, cook, dry clothes etc. Staff were helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the key. Plenty of 24 hour convince stores within a few minutes walk. Basic apartment but really clean and nice to stay in, plus the air con was more than welcome after a long day on your feet. In a lovely little town with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, very quiet and English friendly.

The stairs are a bit tight for getting heavy cases up and down

I stayed 12 days in Japan in total , this one was the last one, at the beginning I did not like it, because I found it “far” from station ( i was in other hotel with the station at the door) but is alright, is well connected. 25-30 to shibuya crossing. After traveling so many days, you kinda appreciate having a place to cook o prepare the breakfast that you like . I was very surprised that we had washing machine. The provide cleanning products but the bottle with detergent and softener was empty, at least throw that away before the new guest check in. Secondly was a scale in the room and it wasn’t working, same do not leave garbage or things that don’t work. The apartment is small as everything in japan haha is you are big maybe will be to tight. But I like the area, i had a balcony to pit my clothes, there are 2 stations close and supermarkets open until 23:00 and restaurants and a Convenience store.

The check in process was a bit complex, the code and get the key, could be easier if you changed the lock on the mail box. Was hard haha

Great location, close to metro lines, shops and restaurants. Very good facilities (bathroom, shower, bath, kitchen, heating) and amenities provided with the room. Smooth check in and overall a pleasant stay.

The double bed is a bit small for two people and the apartment was a bit dusty which we did not expect considering all the warnings about additional charges if you do not take off your shoes at the entrance.

Been there for two weeks and everything was perfect! Great connection to the public transport and many combinis in the area!

Had the room on the ground floor directly besides the entrance therefore I could here people talking in front of it and also had to close the curtains when I was home because the only bigger window was directed to the entrance.

Small apartment very well equipped, quiet building in a residential area. Comfortable bed and everything very clean. Self check-in is simple but make sure to screenshot all the instructions while on wifi. They have alot of rules to follow inside the apartment, as expected in Japanese culture. The host was very responsive to all my questions and doubts. They helped alot.

Nothing comes to mind, it all went well from check in to check out.

The location was great, right near a train station making it easy to navigate the city. The room is very small, as most are in Japan but we thought it added to the experience, there was enough room to move around and store our luggage comfortably. The shower pressure was great, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. There is a washing machine and the bathroom has a drying heater so you could do laundry. Overall the room was great.

I loved staying in room 103. It had everything I needed. If I ever go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing was the setting of the furniture in the bedroom. I would have arranged things differently in the way that there was easy access to the balcony. But apart that it was AMAZING, better than my own flat! I wish I could have that back in London.

Perfect for a solo traveller. All that you could need provided in a compact way. Good location with a lovely upmarket/ trendy neighbourhood with bars restaurants 10mins walk away. Very quiet tucked away but close to everything you need. Self check in so didn’t meet any staff but they were very quick to respond with any queries.

It was a great little apartment located close to 2 train stations on different lines, restaurants and convenience stores. There was a nice local 'buzz' in the streets close by which had a great atmosphere. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons stayed in the Nestay family apartment upstairs. This was so convenient because we were in the same building, but had our own spaces.

Maybe a removable board over the sink would create some bench space. Also maybe, a clothes pole and more hangers would help for dryng washing.
