Excellent location. Modern, clean, just enough space (small by U.S. standards but well laid out with everything you need). I would definitely stay here again now that I know how to address the smell issue
We stayed in late February, the wind was blowing pretty strongly and there is a vent to the outside that rattles loudly all night. In addition, by the 3rd day we started getting a foul odor in the room after running the sink/shower. Since the front desk isn't staffed after 10pm, it was difficult to deal with. In the morning the front desk staff just told us to run the water in the "kitchen sink" (hidden in a cabinet) as water from previous use gets stuck and smells. It fixed it. If they cleaned every day, they could ensure this didn't happen to new guests coming in.

After a friendly welcome, we were delighted to find a very comfortable bed and pillows that didn't have buckwheat! The bathroom was large, and the shower had strong water pressure. There are some hidden kitchen facilities that would be handy, but we didn't realise you could ask for plates and equipment at reception so we didn't use them. The twin room was quiet and had a little more than average space for the price
The location is walking distance to lots of restaurants and the sites of Aksakusa. However, it's on the least useful train line... the Tsukuba Express line so you will need to walk further for Ginza or Toei line trains that are far more useful for visitors. For this reason, I would not stay in this location again.

The location was excellent. Very quiet even though it is clise to the main street. Central to train and metro stations, lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was well equipped but darn it was cold when we came in for the night. And it would take a long time to heat up once the power was restored to the room. Shower was great, plenty of hot water and spacious.
The room had a kitchenette but there was nowhere in the hotel that had sugar or coffee whitener, even though they provided complimentary coffee for the rooms. There was also no where to eliminate recycle goods such as pop bottles or cans. We ended up carrying them to a roadside selection of bins. Again, as the hotel provided drinks, we felt they should provide a recycle bin also.

Cute building, nicely appointed, very convenient to Asakusa and one of its four subway stations (Tsukuba Express line). A mile's walk to Tokyo National Museum to the west, and the restaurants and pedestrian malls and shrines and riverfront of Asakusa are right on hand to the east. Enjoyed our 10th floor view of SkyTree tower lights. Staff was helpful.
The family suite was smaller than pictures suggested. Floor space was tight. The living area includes one of the bedrooms. No breakfast, not a budget option, but a fair rate for a nicely appointed family suite in a good location.

We booked the two bedroom hotel room for my mother-in-law, husband, and me. This was SO spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend staying in the Asakusa district, even though it’s busy during the day, it’s so nice and quiet at night (but still close enough to all the restaurants and bars if you need them!). The room had great beds, a lounge area, kitchen (enough to cook if you wanted to), and a very roomy bathroom - we were not expecting that in Japan 🤠The staff were always helpful and informative with any questions we had. Thanks for an awesome stay in Tōkyō!

Fantastic location. Close to many sights and a number of train stations. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could see the Sky Tree from our bedroom window on the 11th floor. We got some free drinks and snacks in the room when we arrived. Washing machines are located on level 1 near reception 300 Yen per wash. There were also dryers but we just dried our clothes in our room on the clothes rack.
Very small kitchen set up with only a coffee table to eat from and futon/sofa to sit on. But I can see why they did that if you had 6 people were staying in the room.

The location was great and had easy access to both train lines in Asakusa. Check in was easy and the laundry in reception area was very handy
The apartment was advertised as being two bedrooms but only one bedroom had a door any they other bed was fully exposed to the lounge/entry area. It offered no privacy to those in that area and the entry way sensor light was very disruptive if others went to the toilet overnight. A privacy screen for the second bedding area would make a big difference d

During our 3 week traveling trip through japan, this was the hotel with the biggest room we had. It was clean and located in the heart of asakusa. Nightlife, restaurants and shopping were reachable within 5 min walking. The staff was super helpful in every way. Extending our stay went flawless, the staff helped to make it happen without any problem. Everybody at the lobby could speak very well english. We would always turn back to this hotel. Oh and by the way they have a laundry room, to clean your clothes. Very useful if you travel as a family for a longer time.
Nothing to complain.

This hotel is in a great location near the Senso-ji shrine and easy walking distance to multiple train stations. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. The reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the room does a great job of alleviating the hot and humid weather. The rooms are typical of Tokyo: quite small. So there isn't really space to open up your suitcase. There's nothing wrong at all with this hotel, really! But it also isn't a 5 star Shrangri-la (and it doesn't advertise as such). It is a small, budget hotel.

Location was great, close to Sensoji temple, Hoppy Street, Kappabashi Street and a wide choice of eating and shopping areas. The hotel was in a quiet street, easy access to Ginza metro line and Toei Asakusa line. There was a view of the the SkyTree from the room. The area offers both traditional and cultural places of interest and modern offerings for shopping. There was adequate room for 4 adults, small sitting area but there is a very useful mini kitchen for self-catering. We found the room was a great size compared to other hotels from a previous stay in Tokyo. The room is not serviced for the duration of 5night stay but towels/supply is available upon request. There’s also a convenient laundry room onsite.
The price was fair for size and quality of room. However the room and carpets were quite dusty.
