Good value for money. Good location to a few stations Higashi Ginza, Tsukijishijo station. Walkable to main Ginza shopping street and Tsukiji fish market Oedo line access is good as it's relatively quite compared to the other lines.

Small room, difficult if you have lots of luggage. 'Twin Room' is just two single beds next to each other. Very small bathroom that is raised from the room floor with floor space like an airplane toilet, quite easy to bump your elbows/knees when turning. Bathroom is made of plastic (pvc?) and you can hear everything :) No laundry facilities - hotel directed us to a self-service coin laundry place which was ~20minute walk away, with the closest branch slightly further than Tsukiji fish market. Ended up waiting until our next hotel to do laundry.

Location was walking distance from central Ginza and also the old fishmarkets which are still a tourist attraction. Bathroom accessories available in the shared area and free coffee! Exceptional service from the reception staff and always accommodating with a smile. Loan umbrella available and the eco room cleaning actually works well.

Unfortunately the bathroom was very cramped especially when using the toilet. Also not much room for luggage and no desk in the room. I suppose this problem is everywhere due to the space constraints in Japan. Just have to get used to it as space is a premium over there.

The room was clean, the room has a small wardrobe, towels are changed every day, you can drink free coffee on the ground floor, convenient location, two metro stations within walking distance.

We needed more hangers because there is nowhere to iron clothes. I would like the garbage from the toilet room to be cleaned every day.

The room was clean and confortable. Very welcoming and hospitable staff. After spending a few days in Tokyo for work, I stored baggage at this hotel via radical luggage so that I didn't have to carry unnecessary items on my travels around Japan. I then ended up staying at this hotel on the night of my return to Tokyo.

The bathroom was a little small, but Japanese bathrooms generally are. Not as luxurious as other hotels but the price reflects that.

The location was very nice and strategic, very close to Ginza station and to many amenities, such as Kabukiza and the Imperial Palace. The room was clean and the lobby was very nice especially because of good coffee!

The room was very small, especially the bathroom and sometimes other guests from other rooms were pretty noisy. The staff was very nice and polite but it was very difficult to talk to them as they did not speak English (only one of them could speak a little).

Location - not easy to find at first but once familiar, it is walkable to the train station and fairly accessible to Ginza main street, around 10 to 15 mins walk. Nice cool aircon that keeps the room cool during the summer. Price is good for this location. The lighting is very cool for a small room. Dimmable.

Bathroom - the typical level up type which is on the high side and super small. Bath tub is baby size and high. Not recommended for old people. Late checkout is chargeable at 1500 yen per hour. Window was opened and unable to close.

Close to stations, shops, parks and river. Day staff spoke good English and very helpful and polite. Unfortunately were unable to reverse the cancellation because it was now fully booked.

Night staff kept me waiting from before 11pm till after 1am trying to work out 3 night booking I had already paid for, and then cancelled 7 night booking I wanted to pay the next day after ensuring location was suitable. Therefore had to find other accommodation at short notice, and cancel future bookings. Defeats the purpose of booking ahead to ensure accommodation after long flight.

Location was good - near train stations and fish market. I really liked that they offered free coffee and it taste good too! You can make hot or cold coffee. Also they clean very well.

The room is very small as well as the bathroom, which is expected in Tokyo. If you’re large in size I won’t recommend it. The pillow was quite hard, wish it was softer. Bed was okay, could be softer with mattress topper.

The staff were really helpful. I had booked the wrong 2 nights due to the calendar on booking.com starting its week on a Monday instead of a Sunday. It was too difficult to just change the dates due different bed types so I had to cancel the booking and create a new booking. It's a wonder that booking.com didn't pick up that I was booked in 2 places on the same night 800 kilometres apart. I have no idea whether I get any funds back from the cancelled booking; it would be great but I won't hold my breath! These things don't happen when dealing with giant companies.

Nothing to dislike.

Fair location for the price. Access to three different subways within 10 minutes of walking. Also the busses were close enough.

I mean everything in Japan is small, and I'm a big guy. Toilet area was a bit tight, but I could still close the door.
