Location was fantastic. A block away from main Ginza shopping strip and a short walk to the metro Ginza line. Access to so much within 10min walk, 20min walk if you like walking, to Imperial Gardens, Tokyo main train station, Tsukiji Outdoor Market, etc. Hotel was spotless and room was cozy and perfect. Small but efficient. Staff were always welcoming and super helpful. Breakfast can be purchased for the attached Thai restaurant. But not tasty and definitely do not recommend. Just a couple blocks away is Hoshina Coffee with delicious japanese pancakes and other dishes for less.

The nearest 24h FamilyMart convenience store is just 15 metres from the front door. Hotel is located right in between 2 major metro stations, which makes travelling within Tokyo fast and simple. Rooms are tiny, but include everything you might need. Decent hotel, in case there's no time to choose, but value for money ratio is not the best.

A lot of brand stores in the area and not much else. The same luxury brands which are sold across the globe, there's no reason to fly to Tokyo for that or to stay in Ginza. The ventilation did not seem to work, had to keep the window open most of the time to get some fresh air into the room.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of Ginza. Short walk to metro and JR stations. Room was extremely small with no storage for clothes or luggage. But ok for one. Room was immaculately clean. Bed and shower were great! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Size of room and storage.

Great location, very friendly staff and very good amenities. We made good use of the safe in the room, the cleaners cleaned the rooms frequently and were very friendly, the air conditioning was great and kept us cool in the heat. Loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is 9 minutes and 6 minutes from 2 main train stations (each in opposite directions) and you can pretty much go anywhere from either of those 2 train stations. There is a family mart, a Lawson's (which is also a tourist information centre) and a 7Eleven all within a minutes walk. There are several big shopping centers all around, it is right next door to Ginza six, at the bottom of the street there is a huge souvenir shop and a supermarket which is helpful for food and drinks (bigger bottles and cheaper than the vending machines). Overall, it was well worth the price we paid for the 2 weeks and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted a very budget friendly place to stay with good professional staff who are there 24 hours.

The only thing that can be said is that it's a very small room which is hard when you have 2 big suitcases to live out of for 2 weeks and the wallpaper was very outdated and ripping in a lot of places. Didn't affect our stay though so can't really complain.

There is no USB plug in the room. Bed size was w140 for 2 persons…. AC sound is little noisy. Window is small.

Prime location between several interchange stations (Shinbashi, Ginza and Higashi Ginza station). Direct train to Narita and Haneda Airport. Love that lift sensor intuitively selects your level after scanning room card.

Tokyo hotels are generally small and hence you are only able to open one big luggage at one time. Room lighting is too dark for make up application.

Room is very clean and the staffs are very friendly, stayed there twice and requested for quiet room, and they always did their best to meet my needs. The location is very convenient to go around, Ginza Six is a few steps away, and the big department stores or Ginza station are all 10 minutes walking distance, I had a very present stay.

Simple check in and no waiting, location is 5 minutes walk to JR Simbashi, 5 minutes walk to Ginza Shopping Street and about 1600 Yen taxi ride to Tokyo Station. Room is small but enough space to move around and very clean. FamilyMart is jut across the street.

Clean room, and furniture. Convenient location.Safety near Koban (Police office). The room was facing the street, but very quiet till morning!

The staff is polite and helpful, but they do everything, probably also for the handyman job! I had an out-of-order safety box in the room, and I thought they will send the technician to my room, but they (the receptionist) want to fix it. But unfortunately, they are one or two-person all day, and impossible to come to fix it. Finally, the safety box was never fixed. They never say " No" but the result is a negative impact. I stayed another " Ibis style" hotels in Europe, this Ibis is better location and staff than other European one.
