The location is perfect. One of the most elite areas of Tokyo. It is an extremely safe and enjoyable area. Subway stations are very close. The rooms and bed are huge by Tokyo standards. It was the widest double bed I've ever stayed in. And the thing we loved the most was the wonderful smell of the hotel. If I go again, I would definitely stay. It felt like home. *****When we were checking out of the hotel, we asked the reception to call a taxi on the last day. One of the ladies working at the reception gave us a number and said that we could call it using the hotel phone. Unfortunately, we could not find a taxi that would carry 4 people and 4 suitcases. While we were desperately trying to find alternative solutions to go to Yokohama port, the receptionist named Subin Khadka came to our rescue and helped us. As a person who owns a company in the service sector, no matter how many stars your company has, having an employee who takes ownership of the customer's problem and solves it immediately is more valuable than anything else. Subin Khadka is a great asset to The Royal Park hotels. He crowned our trust in The Royal Park hotel. He is forever engraved in my and my family's memories as a hero who saved our day. We would also like to express our endless gratitude to him from here.

The hotel really needs to upgrade washing machine and dryer machine facilities. Ä°t is not enough at all and not in perfect conditions (too small and washing and drying together is not really good) to wash the clothes and dry. The was a long waiting queue. I saw people are sitting on the floor in front of the laundry door :) )

Impressed with Hotel provided scale for guest to weigh their luggage before to Airport. This is so useful for those guests who are afraid of overweight load. Hotel receptionist also are friendly and helpful. I specifically like the bathroom. It's spacious, and the comfy and cleanliness wash away my tiredness all day.

The room card basically can access every floor. This is not too secure. Some Hotel, the room card can only access to what guest stayed level. And the room carpet, i was so surprised, the hotel was newly opened for just half a year, but the room carpet was so dirty. Other than this, overall is very good. My room is 1101, you may check the room carpet. Hopefully, it can improve so I can still stay here next time. By the way, still good job to all the staff.

It is new, clean, bright and smell good. The cleaning personnel always clean our room and change our towels. It is very relaxing to come back to our rooms when everything is clean and neat. The reception personnel were helpful too. They facilitate our luggage transfer to our hotel in Osaka. We are very well pleased with our stay at The Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6. I hope they can maintain the cleanliness. They even gave us some sparkling apple cider and snacks in our room to help us celebrate our birthday.

Only 3 washer/dryer available. I mean have to wait for at least 2 hours after a long day of walking just to get a turn to use washer and dryer.

The location was the best part of the hotel! Walking distance to all shopping, dining, sightseeing and transportation. When you enter the front doors, there is this wonderful aroma! It was a nice welcome! The room size was adequate for our needs. The blackout shades were the best part about the ‘lighting’. It made it easier to sleep! I also enjoyed the public bath.

I wish the stay included breakfast. As much as I enjoyed the public bath, I do wish they provided higher end skin care products and body moisturizer. Unfortunately some of the women that enjoyed the public bath did not abide by the rules. Some were very noisy and talked very loud. Another woman didn’t remove her slippers in the changing area! Also, I would’ve enjoyed donning a yukata during the heat instead of the thick pajamas.

The hotel is situated amongst the many hotel chains (mitsui, marriott, aloft, grand bach etc). 2 mins walk to Higashi Ginza station, walkable to Ginza Six, Matsuya Ginza & able to shop and walk back to put the bags before heading out to shop again. The hotel is very new (opened end May 2024) so the facilities, furniture were new & in top notch condition. Room size is also bigger than the average in Tokyo (~220 sq ft). Staffs were so helpful & friendly. I also liked that I can monitor the public bath & coin laundry machine status by the minute! Really best hotel in Tokyo for me for it's value! Keep up the good work!

None at all!

Such a beautiful hotel, we loved Royal Park Hotel, such a bonus that it’s very new and opened winter of 2024. We had a wonderful stay, 5 nights at a promotional rate, most hotels in Ginza are more of a splurge, but I would happily book it again. It’s 5 mins from shopping in Ginza, 15 mins away from an OK grocery store and less than 10 minutes away from Tsukiji, and tons ample selection of restaurants/cafes around! While it’s a bit of a commute (~30 mins) from Shibuya/Shinjuku, the Ginza line takes you directly there. It’s very close to Tokyo Station, Akihabara, Senso-ji/Kappabashi, which most travellers visit! We booked a queen room - it’s very cozy but still considered spacious for Japan. It was very comfy and clean, daily housekeeping, which is a treat, water pressure is fantastic. There are great amenities as well; while we didn’t get a chance to use the public bath, we used the laundry upstairs, which is a must when we come to Japan.

Only recommendation is to add more storage/hooks or extra surface space, it was a bit hard only have the desk and small coffee station, not enough space to hang things. We did ask them for additional hangers which helped. Overall, the hotel was great and would recommend it if you’re looking to stay in Ginza!

The hotel is extremely well located in the Ginza proximate to the main boulevards. It’s a new hotel so everything feels fresh and modern. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The public bath was excellent and the reason we booked this hotel.

We asked for a second bag rack: not possible for some reason even though the hotel was far from full. Also, having paid extra for a corner room with more space, I was disappointed that the extra space was consumed by a poorly designed entry corridor of little use. The handbasin was, oddly, in the open room!

- The location is great - along a busy road in Ginza, but you don't hear any traffic. Its super close to the shopping area in Ginza, and there are plenty of nice coffee places/restaurants and public transport options. Its a bit quieter in the evening (its more of a business and shopping district, but that's actually what i really liked. Its close to the Airport Limousine busstop, which we took from Narita airport. Very convenient if you're traveling with luggage. - Staff is friendly. - Room is small, but quite well designed. I like the design and colour scheme of the hotel. - Restaurant looked quite popular, but we didnt try it ourselves.

The room was a bit too warm to our liking, and we couldnt cool it down with AC properly.

The onsen was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was within easy walking distance to subway stations.

Waiting to use the laundry machines. There was one person who did not take their laundry out after more than two hours of being done. It caused an inconvenience that required us to stay up late waiting to do needed laundry. Either get more machines or make people claim their laundry in a timely manner. Guests should not have to wait almost 4 hours to use a machine. It would be nice if there were some sort of reminder text sent to guests to let them know their laundry is done.

The hotel is brand new so everything is clean and works. Based on reviews and expectations from friends and family i was expecting a small room in Tokyo but instead i found a pretty comfortable room for 2 adults. It is very well located in Ginza, blocks away from a metro station which will take you anywhere. It is not closed to Tokyo station so you will have to transfer to another train to get to the hotel but is very close. The bed was big enough for 2 adults (1.90m tall) and the bathroom was also big and spacious. The hotel has all the amenities you need and you have daily housekeeping as well.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. You get the basics scrambled eggs, sometimes hashed potatoes and a not so good bacon. Unless you are the first ones to get a fresh replacement the food will be cold. there isn't any variety of yoghurts and fruits and the coffee is regular drip coffee which if you want to add milk there is no way to heat it so you will end up drinking cold coffee every morning.
