The room was very functional and had everything you could possibly want & need: a refrigerator, water kettle, shower, TV, bins, Wi-Fi access, a double bed, all the toiletries you could possibly need, room for luggage etc. The location is honestly unbeatable being next door to a FamilyMart and a 5 minute walking distance away from Sensoji Temple + about 15 minutes from Skytree. Using the Keisei Line, it was very easy to reach the hotel from Narita Airport in about an hour (up to Asakusa Station, the hotel is one of the first things you see when leaving the elevator or stairs so it is impossible to miss). The staff is friendly, they do not speak a lot of English but plenty to get you settled in your room or help you out if needed. I gave them a print-out of my booking.com information and they were happy to help. Checking out is very easy since you can just deposit your room pass in the lobby if you have no remaining payments, so no worries there if you have an early flight back home. There is plenty of luggage storage underneath the bed if you have a large suitcase. The room is also equipped with a few USB plugs in case you do not have a universal travel adapter (I had one, but sometimes it was easier just charging through the USB outlet). All the controls for the lights were on a single panel next to the bed, the one for the bed I was able to dim in case you prefer a softer light source before going to bed.

We took the train to Asakusa Station from Narita Airport and exited at A2, where there is lift access so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The location is superb, as it is very close to Sensoji, and there’s a FamilyMart right next door that is open 24 hours. Given the price we paid, I am beyond happy

It is far from Shibuya and Shinjuku, but the location fit well with our plan. However, if you're looking for a property in Asakusa, don't miss this one. The room is small, as are most budget rooms in Tokyo, but it serves its purpose. It exceeded my expectations for a room with limited space.

The location was very convenient. You are like a block or two away from Sensoji temple, Nakamise street and tons of other restaurants. You’re also close to the river, subway station, and Tokyo Skytree. You can take the subway directly to and from Haneda airport on the same subway line. It’s about a 40 min ride which nice. It’s located like 10 feet from exit one off of the Asakusa subway station. The stairs to the exit are long though so dragging up suitcases is kind of a pain. Luckily you only have to do this during check in and checking out. Use the luggage delivery service if you can to make things more convenient. The hotel staff was able to help me fill the paperwork and deliver my luggage to the airport. The tv in the room has free movies-on-demand which is nice. We kept it on while getting ready at night and in the mornings. Warning, they do have adult content but you can block it if you deem it inappropriate. The hotel provides amenities such as razors, tooth brushes, combs, etc. The shower temperature and pressure was good. The bidet seat works well. The staff was very polite and professional. The WiFi worked well and there was plenty of lighting. Also the view from the room was fantastic. We could see Sumida river and also the Tokyo Skytree from our room.

The room is tiny! It’s the tiniest Asian hotel I’ve ever stayed at although the price is a bargain. We had to take turns opening our luggage in the room because it was so small. We had to get creative with luggage storage under the bed and in the cabinets. The bathroom is also very small. If you’re taller than average height, your knees might hit the door if you’re sitting on the toilet. Also when the person helped me fill out the luggage delivery service form they accidentally left out some information. I had to call them internationally to correct it which cost me $20 USD, but this was more of a minor inconvenience. Otherwise for the price and location, I’d stay there again if I was in town for only a few days.

Excellent location for a lot of the well known tourist sites in Tokyo, pretty much easy walking distance to quite a number of them or a short taxi ride to others. There is a metro station within a 1 min walk of the front door. I did notice a few negative reviews regarding the small size of the rooms, which in fairness were valid when compared to hotel rooms in Western countries. BUT, in saying that, unless you had to spend quarantine time in one, they are more than big enough if used just as a base for sleeping, showering, etc. If you're into cat swinging or trampolining on the beds this probably isn't the hotel for you. The room could best be describe as being more akin to a decent sized ships cabin with ensuit. The room was well appointed, very clean, very comfortable and I was more than happy with it. So much so that I extended my stay for a further 5 days and have now stayed in the APA sister hotels in Osaka and Nagasaki too. Finally, the staff were without exception friendly and accommodating and would be a credit to any organisation. Well done APA and their staff.

Road traffic noise. Try and request a room at the back of the hotel if possible, failing that, drink yourself into a stupor every night and you'll be fine.

Great location for a great price. Asakusa Station exit A1 is right in front of the hotel and exit A2b which has an elevator is right across from the hotel. 24hr FamilyMart right next door was super convenient and their fried chicken and yakitory were so good! Can't beat that! Rooms are very small but was clean and quiet. Great value for us since we stayed out all day and only came in to sleep. No laundry on site but the front desk recommended a 24 hr coin laundry only a block away. No need for detergent and wash and dry in one machine done in about an hour. Overall a great stay.

Nothing since I already knew the rooms would be very small/tiny (118 sq ft). The full size bed will fit 2 adults but will be cozy. The room is doable for 2 people if you plan to be out mostly and only use it to rest and sleep.

The Hotel is right in the middle of Asakusa, with a A line train station 30meters from the front door. It is only a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Asakusa and the Sensō-ji Temple. One block away is the Sumida River with all its loverly cherry blossom trees blooming in March. The rooms are quite good for a single traveller although I have not tried any of the double rooms. All the amenities you need private bath room, TV and coffee and tea. 24 hour accsess and a 24 hour Family Mart next door. I did not try the restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel does not have balconies and the view of the rive is blocked on the lower floors. There is not much to dislike, it is a very clean and standard hotel, sure you can pay 1,000's if you want but for the average traveller the hotel is great.

The hotel is located in front of exit A1 of Asakusa train station. There is also another exit A2b with lift nearby, which just across the road in front of the hotel. It is within short walking distance to few famous spots in Asakusa and restaurant/ cafe nearby. There is direct train from/ to Narita airport via Asakusa station, which take about 1 hr. The room is clean and comfy. The bed is big and cozy. I like the bed design which can store luggage under the bed. TV screen is big and can link to phone to watch video online. Chair with roller, easy to move around when need space to open luggage. The soundproof of the room is good, I can’t heard any noise from next door or from the corridor when stayed inside the room.

Reception was busy most of the time when needed to approach staffs there either for check in, store or collect luggage. Hence, don’t go last minutes when need to rush for train to airport.

Location was excellent. Lovely and clean. Super convenient location to subway. Once you get to Asakusa station from airport head for Exit #1. Once up the steps you are practically right outside the hotel door. Note: it's Exit #1.

Nothing to dislike

I liked the location of the hotel because it was right in front of the train station (marunouchi line) which was really handy, the ginza line was also walkable distance. It was quiet despite being in Asakusa, but still enough people around to feel safe at night (as a female solo traveller). The room was quite small but for the price it was pretty good, and there was space under the bed to store luggage.

I didn't mind it but sometimes you can hear the tunes from the train (just keep that in mind)

Location - very very convenient location with the entrance to Asakusa station being right in front of the hotel entrance, a Family Mart just beside the hotel and a laundromat a 2 min walk away. Asakusa shopping street and Sensoji temple is just a 10 min walk from the hotel. While waiting to cross the street, you get to enjoy a gorgeous view of tokyo skytree. Rooms - rooms are quite small (as normally found in japan) but the space available is utilised efficiently. For one person it was quite comfortable, but for 2 ppl it would be very very cramped. Suggest to take one room/pax. Luggage storage service is also available on the day of check out, which allowed us to explore the area without having to bring around big bags.

No washing machine in house, but there is a laundromat 2 mins away. Something minor, but the TV channels/ VOD choices are limited with no english subtitles
