It’s located in the Tsukiji market. Plenty of food available. Our room has washer cum dryer, microwave. It’s very convenient for longer stay.

There is no real window.

The room was small but that was to be expected in Tokyo. The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the fish market, but also close to Ginza. The hotel had free coffee in the lobby as well as ice and a vending machine for other drinks. The staff spoke little English but were extremely helpful and courteous.

As it was over 30 degrees it would have been good to have the air conditioning working prior to our arrival. The aircon took a lot of figuring out given there were no instructions in English - it took us a couple of days to get the room temperature under control. Similarly, the washing machine, and bathroom plumbing were challenging without instructions we could understand.

The room was perfect and the location was excellent, right in the middle of the Tsukiji market. We had an issue with the washing machine and told the front desk. They offered to dry it for us or change rooms. We had it dried and picked it up after our day out. The room had all the amenities we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

We asked about early check-in and thought the rate and the way they worked it out was ridiculous. 1000 yen per hour per person!

Great location only steps away from Tsukiji market! Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was larger than some I’ve had in other Japanese hotels. Bidet was awesome

Only has 2 prong electrical outlets in room while lobby has 3 prong outlets. Went to front desk and got a converter to plug in 3 prong electrical cord so I could charge my computer. Had to pay 1000 yen ($10.00 usd) deposit but got it back when I returned it at checkout. Bathroom has the feel of a plane or train bathroom but I’m noticing that may be a Japanese thing as all the bathrooms in the hotels I’ve stayed at while here are like that. The room. bathrooms are modular I assume so they can be replaced as needed.

The location is fab, right on top of the fish market (but you wouldn't know it), and between two subway stops. Room was small, as most rooms in Tokyo are, with a balcony. Kitchenette allowed us to make drinks, breakfasts and simple meals. 15 mins walk to Ginza, 25 mins walk to Tokyo Station.

Very limited on space or anywhere to put suitcase or clothing.

Room size average and comfortable for 2. Great location right in Tsukiji. The washer/dryer combo is good to have in the room but it does take a good amount of time to dry. Plan accordingly and have ear plugs if wash clothes later at night while asleep.

The room type we reseved only got one on each floor. We booked 2 rooms but the rooms were not on the same floor.

Staff was very courteous, polite, helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and service was wonderful. Coffee machine was a plus! Location was awesome for tsukiji market and close to train stations!

Everything was perfect!

Great location, was quiet and secure. Very well appointed rooms with washer / dryer, microwave, kettle, desk, trouser press etc. Close to everything. Luggage forwarding at front desk.

Beds rather hard. Loads of things in room but did make it feel quite cramped. Limited Housekeeping.
