- Modern rooms with TV that shows you the live laundry timers and can connect to your phone via Youtube - Within walking distance of two different lines/train stations with easy train access to Ginza and Tokyo station - 10mins walking distance to Tsujiki market or Ginza - We were a couple staying in a comfort twin room which had good size floor and seating space towards the back end of the floor. Handy when we had so much shopping to pack away. - 24h manned staff desk so we checked in around 5.30am no problem, or if we had issues can easily head down to find someone to help with good level of speaking English. Also we were always greeted when we walked past the desk everyday which is a nice gesture. - Our room had a separate wet room with a bath tub and shower, separate toilet room and open plan WC that was connected to the rom. Plenty of space in the wet room with rain shower. - Daily housekeeping was efficient but usually set times (must set up before 10am) to get the full housekeeping service. Daily change of towels and in-room kimono dresser which was a nice touch. - The hotel is just off the main road in a quieter road with easy loading spots at the front and back of the hotel. I saw parking is also available if needed. For our airport transfers and day trips, our driver with a 7 seater large car had no problem parking outside each time to wait for us as we loaded the luggage. Hotel was easy around 30-40mins drive from Haneda airport. - Amenities were available next to the front desk rather than in room, which you can easily grab on your way in/out. Very eco-friendly.

- Busiest times for using the laundry facilities is after 8pm until 2am. The standard wash and dry option is 2h which is quite a long time + 20mins collection time before the staff remove the laundry so others can use it. Personally I feel this collection time should be reduced to 10mins. - Heating/cooling in the room is a bit off, too cold when cooling at high 25 temp and too hot when heating at low 19C temp. There is no middle ground. - Tiny details and maybe specific to our room, but it would be handy to have coat and bath towel hangers nearby the front door/bathroom door. - Limited wardrobe space in the comfort twin room. Just a slim full length wardrobe which fit about 4 large coats, and no other storage really.

Expensive Semi small room

The location is great, very close to metro stations on a very well connected lines. The neighbourhood itself, Ginza, is gorgeous and you can find all you need in this area. The hotel looks just like in photos.

We were expecting the room to be small, which was fine, but there could be a bit more storage space. We took the breakfast one morning and it was disappointing - not very tasty, not a lot of options either.

Quiet location. Close to metro station. New facilities. A lot of free amenities. Walking distance to Ginza.

Room was smaller than expected, though bed was big enough and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit boring.

As previous reviewers mentioned the level of cleaning was not the best: when we checked in there was a waste from the previous guests under the bed. The white tiles in the bathroom were not clean (black spots), there was a smell from the drain, there were dust clumps hanging from the top of the bathroom door. However, the staff is very attentive and tried to send the cleaning service the next day. It was not that bad but this hotel was less clean out off the hotels we stayed in Japan.

We loved the view of Tokyo from a huge window at the foot of our bed. We loved the cherry blossom trees in the park at the front of our hotel. We loved the reception staff and their gentle manner. My husband is disabled and found the reception disabled facilities excellent. But he found the hotel room difficult to manouevre around due to lack of space.

The room was very small but I undersatnd that this is normal in Tokyo. We could not access both sides of the bed. The manager in the restaurant was not friendly and infact was rather rude. He was not welcoming when I wanted a drink there on my own early evening and no one was in the restaurant.

Room isn’t spacious. There’s no place to put your towels/clothes in the shower room, and it would be an awkward situation if one is traveling with friends.

The hotel is new and very modern. You can control everything (lights, cleaning service) digitally. The location is also good in a quiet neighborhood but very near a subway station. The room was able to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. I got a slightly larger corner room. I think for a relatively upscale hotel the price is reasonable.

The sink is located a separately from the “bathroom”. Basically, there is a separate sink, shower and toilet. The shower and toilet are both private but not the sink. Since I traveled with my family and an early riser, I had to be very quiet when using the sink bec the noise can be heard in the room. I also couldn’t use the hair dryer until my kids are awake.

The room was a little small, but functional. I liked that you could control the lights, alarm and AC on the tablet on the bedside. The location was excellent.

The breakfast was not to my liking, I would not take it again. They seem to want to please a lot of tastes - both Asian and Western - but from the Western side the food lacks quality. For example the bread was not very nice, there was no butter, only margarine. There was no cheese and the scrambled eggs were horrible and oily. Also there is only 1 coffee machine which means there's often a line. I would not take the breakfast offer here as there are lots of cafes in the vicinity. The laundry facilities are also a scramble. There are 3 machines but they run cycles of 2 hours and you have to be quick to get in. Some users also leave their finished washing for hours.
