We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, and it is in a nice, clean, and quiet area with Lawson's and 7/11 just outside the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to and from Maihama Station (right outside of Disneyland). The price is also affordable compared to most hotels in the area. The facilities were clean and fun. For the self check-in, just choose the language you speak and the process is pretty simple. Definitely recommend this hotel for those who want an accommodation near Disney!

A nice room with good amenities for a fair price. Good location for Disneyland and a family mart conveniently across the road. Foot massager in the room was amazing. Breakfast was good. Quirky robot dinosaurs at check in.

You have to call if you need a (human) staff member but not a problem as they were always there in seconds and very helpful. No options for decent food in the evening so eat before you travel back to the hotel.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. We liked Robohon even though he didn't work so well.

The shuttle bus was good but not really adequate for the capacity of guests and runs so infrequently despite the short distance.

Clean rooms with bathrooms that have the toilet and shower separated in addition to a privacy door that separates the bathroom from bedroom - a nice feature when sharing the room with someone. Lobby with animatronic dinosaurs were fun.

Only thing I didn’t like was the location. It’s a 20 min walk to the nearest metro (Maihama Station). The hotel does offer a free shuttle to this station in the morning and evening, there’s also local bus options, and plenty of taxis as this is near Disney. So the location isn’t bad, it’s just less convenient. Great value for the price and a fun place to stay.

This is such a fun hotel! The dinosaurs check in and check out is so fun! We loved it! The location was great! We used the number 9 bus (public bus) to Maihama station which is where you need to go for Disney! Only took 5 mins and runs very regularly which was super handy! The pick up bus stop is opposite the hotel next to the traffic lights and the drop off is next to the hotel in front of 7eleven. We had the family room for 3 people and was a great size for us and plenty of room for luggage too! We were able to use the locker storage in the lobby which is different to normal lockers and you need to chain lock your cases with a PIN code rather than lock in a cupboard but they did have this for smaller items which was great too!

The free shuttle for the hotel we never used as it doesn’t run all day! We didn’t know this and ended up waiting over 30mins at the station and ended up getting a taxi which worked out 1000yen (couple pounds) which was fine with us but the hotel reception showed a time table between 8am-10am approx and then again around 6pm till 10pm approx! Just consider this when others travel! The public bus however was perfect for us and you can use the suica card!

Ok, so to be very honest, we stayed here specifically for the entertainment value. We knew it wasn’t supposed to be anything overly spectacular. That said, it is exactly what it advertises. The dinosaurs are awesome, and check-in was actually super easy. The facilities are very clean, but also in true Tokyo style, the rooms are very tight. If staying here, I would recommend just staying two people per room. We had 3 people in our room and had a pretty hard time dealing with luggage, but again, it was still worth it! Location is fantastic, and the breakfast offered (at an additional charge) was really good. We only interacted with staff in the restaurant, but everyone was lovely! We didn’t make it over to Disney on this trip, but when we go back I’d probably stay here again. It really was fun staying with the robots :)

Friendly staff

The staff were super helpful and friendly but they did stay out of the way often to keep to illusion of it being a dinosaur hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the environment/atmosphere was very lively and leisurely. The hotel attached breakfast restaurant was delicious, good for value and a great welcoming experience to japan. The shuttle to maihama station (a short walk/train to disney) was always on time and comfortable (it only came at mornings and evenings) and the driver would always make sure to help those with luggage and strollers as well as make sure customer's got on the right Henn na Hotel (there was two of this hotel chain at the same shuttle stop). We really enjoyed our stay and would book again but only if we book rooms that came with the designated bed (no couch bed as the room was far to small for our group), but the couch bed was very comfortable surprisingly - the designated beds were highly highly comfortable after a long day at disney). The bathroom and toliet were separate and incredibly clean (shower was japanese style). Coin laundry and convenience store was a short walk away too. They were always regularly changing the room amenities.

The room was too small for our group (3 people and 4 luggages) but that was expected for the area it was in as it's close to disney. Slightly disappointed that the plushie arcade machine was broken. But besides that it was a superb stay.

It was a big surprise for the kids when we’ve arrived to the hotel late night and we were welcomed by dinosaurs! If there are any issues with the check in, it will immediately call staff to help. Breakfast is ok, could have more variety of fruit, bread, cakes and cereals for the kid. There are jellies and ice cream for the kids. They provide free shuttle from hotel to Maihama station (very near to Disneyland).

Really should have more schedules for the shuttle. As we always needed to rush to get to the shuttle or else we could risk losing the last shuttle of the day or needing to wait a long time for the next one.

It was so close and convenient for Disney, and the free shuttle to and from Mahaima station made it easy for us to explore other areas as well like Shibuya, Toyosu and Kasai Rinkai Park. I stayed here with my 4 year old and we both loved the room and the bath (especially after all the walking we did). It’s close to 711 and Lawson which makes it so easy to go get snacks and food. The breakfast was amazing! I thought this was such a good value for money accomodation it really exceeded my expectations and I would totally stay here again next time!

I thought my 4 year old would love the dinosaurs, she was actually a little scared of them but still a great novelty, I honestly have no faults with the hotel - it was amazing!
