The location is very good. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist tried to be helpful.

The room was noisy, because of the heavy traffic and the type of window. Narrow shower, but it was not a big problem. The breakfast was late for us, only from 8 am. We asked for a breakfast package, which contained salty pastries. (Additional info, maybe it helps: Ask about the taxi price to the Aiport including tax. It was only a 30-minute drive to the airport early in the morning (6:30 am-).

The Beirut Hotel is in the city center. It is very well located in the city center and next to The Hashemite Plaza. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, very comfortable and perfectly equipped.✨️ And a good Jordanian breakfast is served. As for the staff... 🥰 The team is very welcoming, adorable and caring. They make sure you don't miss anything, fast and efficient Many Thanks Dena, Farida & Sam 🫶🏻 you are the best ! 😊 Thank you to the director of the establishment for his warm welcome. 🤗 I can only recommend! It was perfect, I will come back as soon as possible!

I regret not having stayed longer. But it’s an excuse to come back insha Allah 😉

We especially liked both the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL the staff we met. The room was clean and functioned well. The breakfast was great. The location perfect.

I’ve given this property 10 as it truly is excellent. However, two minor points for the management to consider. Firstly, when there are few guests, freshly cooked/table served options would be better for breakfast. I noticed that - although perfectly fresh and edible - several of the buffet options were as they’d been left the previous morning: Kept under cover, in the fridge undoubtedly, but still clearly from the day before. Also, finding the hotel - as first timers in Jordan, driving from the airport - was really not easy. Better - maybe lit - signage at the front of the hotel would help.

If you like to stay in Downtown and don't mind staying on a busy street you should like this place. Very close to the Roman theatre. Even closer to the Nymphaeum. The hotel had its best time some time ago, but the hosts were super nice and made us feel at home. Especially Farida. Breakfast was delicious. On the way from the Nymphaeum to the Roman theatre grab pita bread stuffed with falafel, salad, and chips for 0.5 JOD.

Our stay was at the beginning of February and the bathroom was quite cold. The host offered us another room, but we were too lazy to move. Maybe a bathroom in another room would be warmer.

location, location, location. i picked this hotel for the location and it was great. you walk out and it's lined with shops, places to eat, and excitement. it's about 20 minutes walk to Jordan Museum, 35 to the King Abdullah Mosque, 25 minutes to the Citadel. reception was amazingly friendly. the let me check in a little early and helped with luggage up the stairs. Sam was the night receptionist and he was great as well. really good English and helped me with luggage for my Uber to the airport. i booked the more spacious room and the pictures were accurate. bed was comfy. for being on the main street, i didn't feel the honking cars was bad at all. there weren't a lot of guests and they still had a pretty good spread for breakfast

the only down side i can really think of is that there is no elevator/lift in the current building. so beware of this. i was also informed that they're going to add an additional building that will include an elevator/lift. so if you need this, please verify with the hotel. also, for some reason the shower in my room was hard to control the water temp. it would change from warm to hot and back to warm. (at least it was not an issue of no hot water lol)

I was first greeted by Sam. He ended up getting my room upgraded for free while giving me some great suggestions and tips for food, landmarks and tours. I’m sorry that I didn’t get the woman’s name that did the breakfast. But she was nice and the breakfast was good. I accidentally left my jacket in the car with a tour company the night before. Dena was instrumental in me getting my jacket back. She facilitated everything seamlessly. She also was able to get me a late checkout. The staff hospitality at the Beirut Hotel is simply outstanding. I stayed there for 5 nights. There is no other place that I would’ve rather stayed in Amman. I highly recommend it!

Staying at the Hotel Beirut in Amman was an exceptional experience, meriting a solid 10/10 rating. A standout aspect of our visit was the assistance provided by Miss Faridah. She was remarkably attentive and added a personal touch to our stay. Her skill in preparing a delightful breakfast each morning was truly impressive. The Turkish coffee she served was rich and aromatic, perfectly complementing the freshly made omelette, a culinary delight that started our days on a high note. My sister and I spent two perfect nights at the hotel. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel were commendable. The staff, led by Miss Faridah, were professional and courteous, always ready to assist with any request. This level of service and hospitality contributed significantly to our wonderful experience. In summary, the Hotel Beirut in Amman, with its excellent facilities and outstanding staff, particularly Miss Faridah, is highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Location was perfect, and the staff, Sam and Farida were incredibly helpful throughout. Perfect budget stay for a long weekend. The breakfast was really tasty, and we were really grateful that they offered to keep our bags behind the desk on our final day while we explored for the last few hours before our flight. Will recommend to anyone!

We did struggle with the television but in hindsight that was probably just our lack of understanding. Tiny point but most of the times we were in the terrace the curtains were closed meaning we couldn't see the great views they had on offer. Would be great to have had them open while we were eating

We met 3 staff members and they were all very helpfull and professional. They gave us info about where to eat local food, help with parking and things to see and do with no extra cost and a big smile. We felt very welcome. We had the best breakfast in Jordan at the Beirut hotel! You have choice of humus, moutable, 2 types of eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, arabic bread, sandwiches, local desert, coffee, tea, you name it they had it. They even had Nutella. Farida was our cook and did an excellent job! The location is in the middle of the city center. The major tourist attractions (Roman theatre, street art, citadel and the souq) are all within a 15 minute walking distance. They have a roof terrace that you can use even when you already checked out.

Some minor details, just for improvement: - providing parking location before hand

I spent 7 wonderful days in the Hotel Beirut, located in the old center so that you are anchored to the pulse of the city, you can reach the main tourist attractions very quickly. It is a clean hotel, offers a delicious breakfast, kind staff and attentive to your needs, a fact that makes you feel like the most important guest. The hotel offered us alternatives for private excursions, at advantageous prices. Thanks to the entire staff for the attention offered and especially to Farida, who speaks Romanian, who made us feel at home. I recommend Hotel Beirut to all tourists who want to feel and know the Amman lifestyle!
