This is a great choice for a pit stop in Amman. It's really well located and the staff seem super friendly. I arrived at 10am after a very long day of travel and they accommodated me ASAP which meant I could rest and not wait hours for my room to be ready. This was so helpful and needed. Thank you! The hotel is under new management and it feels like many improvements have been made. The social areas are lovely and smart, the view is great from the restaurant and terrace and it's brilliantly located for Downtown. They also run many tours from here and it seems like a central hub for many tour groups and travellers . I booked the walking your with Majulli. I'm not sure if he was the usual guide but please request him as he is brilliant and his knowledge of the city is next level.

The only thing for me that let the hotel down was the room. Mine felt pretty tired and in need of a good (decent) paint job and redecoration. It was clean but old and did feel a bit shabby and for some reason was quite chilly. One of the lights wasn't working and the aircon was also not working. If the room was as good as the rest of the hotel I would score it a lot higher and I feel once this is sorted this could well be a top choice in Amman. But for now don't expect too much luxury. That aside I would recommend this place, I think it really could be great once the rooms get some love and the staff are so helpful.

The best thing about Amman Pasha is the super-friendly and helpful staff. The next best thing is the location. I could see the Roman Amphitheatre from my room window and the Hercules temple from the rooftop restaurant. this cannot be beat! It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the downtown shopping area, the Amman Citadel, and lots of food options. Rainbow street is also walkable if you find the right steps. It has a hostel-like ambience with young travellers and quirky decor. The breakfast is no frills but fills you up.

It is a budget hotel, so the amenities are limited. The wifi was pretty bad in the room but worked well in the lounge area. I learned that the management has changed hands just a few days back and changes are afoot. The bar has been closed. I hope they maintain the same loveable, quirky character that I will always remember.

We have been in Amman for 2 days and our experience is being amazing thanks to Ramzi. He is very friendly, a good driver and he is always aware of us. Also during the trips he gives us information about the places and the prices are really recommended. We will continue hiring his services for the rest of the trip. The hotel is located in a very privileged area with a view to the Roman Theater and at a walking distance to it. This way, I could walk to many places and never get lost because all the directions led to downtown where the Roman Theater and the hotel are located. Other places are also at a walking distance, like the charming Rainbow Street. The room was very big and comfortable. The shower worked well and so did all the other things in the room, including the AC. Breakfast was amazing with local food and international food at the restaurant on the rooftop, where I also had dinner sometimes to enjoy the view to the Roman Theater and the city and some live music. Besides, the staff was great and gave me precious guidelines for tours and for going to some places around the city.

You cannot beat the location, and you can’t beat the price. The hotel is right across the street from the Roman Theatre. I wanted a budget hotel with a clean bed for a one night stay and I got one , to my surprise with a rooftop terrace, sumptuous breakfast and a view of the floodlit theatre from my room. There was nothing not to like. But travelers must be aware this is a budget hotel in an older and busier part of town. If you come with reasonable expectations considering all this, they will be exceeded

An excellent location in the centre of the city with large comfortable rooms with amazing views. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The property is undergoing a refurbishment currently starting at the top. What a place it will be if the current progresses is anything to go by. The staff are all amazing especially Louie who was always there to assist with any queries. If I return to Amman I would be looking to book here without a doubt, highly recommended.

I couldn’t fault anything.

The breakfast had continental breakfast with toast butter marmalade hard boiled eggs and big chunks of cheese as well as Middle Eastern choice of amazing Falafel in pitta bread with yogurt and fresh tahini with sliced tomatoes cucumbers and green peppers! Delicious and very filling didn’t need food all day until the evening! I had visited Amman for medical tourism needed to visit a specialist in a hospital which was quite near Pasha Hotel and when I asked the staff to guide me how to get there they provided me with a car and driver who spoke to the doctor in the native language and took me right there to the clinic navigating through the difficult traffic of the city! The driver even waited I finish the doctors visit and brought me back to the hotel. As I had not planned any other tours due to limited time and the nature of my visit the staff were more than happy to take me by car for a round showing me the landmarks of the city which made my stay memorable! I would say Middle Eastern hospitality at its best! With a touch of personal care ! I will need to visit the doctor again next year and would not think of staying somewhere else!

Not such an issue but what could have been better I would say to provide more bathroom towels

The part of the restaurant is amazingly beautiful, the food is delicious. The room is big and clean. The view from the room overlooking the theater is wonderful

It is located in the center. The traffic at night 12-02 very loud honking. The air conditioner in the room works. The bathroom is very much in need of renovation. The toilet seat falls. The cord of the shower rose breaks and the water doesn't come out unless you hold it. The reception staff is not helpful where to parking.

The breakfasts had many typical Jordanian items to choose from. If something is gone, just ask the breakfast guy to refill it and he will happily. The bed was comfy. The shower had hot water. Reception staff can help arrange transportation and store luggage if you're traveling to other parts of the country and coming back. It was nice to look out the room window and see the Roman amphitheater! And the busy shopping area is an easy stroll. All in all, it's a good value.

My room, the breakfast area, and perhaps other rooms, could use a deep cleaning and a little maintenance. I couldn't get the TV in my room to work, even after a hotel worker tried to help.
