I absolutely loved my stay at Rafi Hotel! The hotel is situated in the heart of the downtown area and is super close to many food places, tourist souvenir shops and the Roman theatre. The area is safe and welcoming and so is the hotel. I would like to thank Ahmad, Maysoun and Kifa for ther wonderful, friendly and excellent service. The hotel was clean and I loved the variety offered at breakfast. I appreciated the room I was given especially as I had a good view of the main street. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was fantastic!!! Really well located, only one block away from downtown and five minutes walk from the main attractions. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of options. Even Greek olives and Halawa!!! But the best thing was the staff. They really looked after us. Making our experience in Jordan amazing. The owner of the hotel gave us the best tips on places to get food, clothes and he even helped us organized our tours. Best holidays ever!!! I strongly recommend staying at Rafi. It is great value for money and this experience will make you love Jordan! :)

Location of hotel is great, you are close to all mayor attractions. Staff is really nice and polite. Breakfast was great and plentyful, they always bring more if something runs out. Wifi worked great.

Major problem was street noise, it's pretty busy even at night. And as they do they honk all the time. To park your rental drive, first drive to hotel you can park on a street, put your bags to your hotel room and then move it to free parking space near roman theater. And it's maybe 5 min walk. One privat parking very close to hotel will take 24jod per day to park there, and hotel personal will send you there.

I really liked staying there, it was really good. I was in the centre of downtown Amman so I could get easily accessed by foot to the historical sites, and to the centre of the city. The taxi are usually not too expensive, maximum 2 JOD for the ride, but I strongly recommend to use Uber to not be scammed by the taxi around who would charge you 5 or more JOD for a short ride. Other than that, the bedroom was pretty nice, the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was very good too.

Excellent price-quality ratio. The location was very good, it is very close to the Roman theatre and next to lots of restaurants and the main shopping streets. They serve a good breakfast and were very accommodating. They offer some excursions at good prices too. We took the private tour to Madaba, Mount Nebo, the Baptism Site, and the Dead Sea with Omar, we highly recommend it (10 out of 10). Omar was great, the best driver, and he gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. Great service.

There was a leak in the shower. The shower could have been separated from the toilet with a curtain as well. This style was very common in Jordan though. The WiFi was not working on our floor.

Great location (a very short walk to the amphitheatre) in the heart of all the downtown action with really friendly, helpful staff. Transfers and trips were arranged by the reception staff and communication prior to our stay was always very prompt. Overall, this hotel is very good value for the price paid.

Rooms were basic and were not cleaned throughout our four night stay - had this been communicated, it would not have come as a surprise. However, fresh towels were delivered as soon as we asked for them and as we were hardly ever in the room, it wasn't a huge issue. The curtains were hanging off the rail (which was hanging off the wall) in one of the bedrooms.

The Rafi is extremely central to everything to see and do in Amman - walking distance to all the great sites! It's a small challenge to find parking nearby unless you're willing to pay, but I never had to park more than 7 minutes walk away (behind the amphitheater there's always spots). The breakfast was fine - no frills there - and our room was quite large and comfortable, except for a bit lumpy mattress on the smaller bed. The king bed was amazing! It's a bit noisy in the early evening because you are right on the main street through the old city, but that was no problem for sleeping later in the night. The staff were great and the we'd definitely make it our base if we find our way to Amman again!

A small leak in the bathroom shower meant a bit of a puddle...but that's also because we took such nice long hot showers!! The breakfast should take advantage of the amazing bakery just a few doors down!!

Decent hotel in the very heart of the city. 24h check-in, breakfast included in the price of the room (nothing fancy, but ok). Two bedrooms, bathroom. Private (paid) parking next door (you need to negotiate the price :-)) Very friendly reception manager! :-)

Not a room to stay and relax (small rooms and very busy road outside), but if your goal is to spend the days in the city, the location is perfect.

Very comfy bed, great location in the middle of the city, we had hot water both nights (which wasn't really happening before in Jordan!) and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Two stars might not mean the same as in Europe - our room could use some renovation but it was a great value for money and we were happy with it. Note that the hotel faces a main road and all the traffic and honking can get really loud. We slept with noise-cancelling headphones.

We chose the Rafi Hotel due to its proximity to the city center, mainly because of its proximity to the historical area of Amman: the Roman theater is 3 minutes away, Amman Citadel and Rainbow Street are within walking distance. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, standard breakfast was included. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is a free parking lot at Raghadan Terminal (5 min). Very good pastry shop nearby!
