Receptionist were helpful 👌🏼

The staff is great, kind and careful. It is an extremely important added value of the hotel. The reception is on all day long, 24/7. Plaza Hotel offers a breakfast featured by a wide offering. Sweet and salted. Just missing croissant! The service room is excellent and flexible.

The thickness of the wall of the room is modest. Probably suites could be a better solution. The cushions are very soft. It would be nice if one of them is "harder". Several guests departs from the hotel at 6:30 due to the schedule of international flights. When people leave earlier it would be great if guests could have a simplified breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, 4km. But it is quite comfortable and clean.

There was confusion about "Bed Tax," which was not explained earlier.

The hotel provided a satisfactory experience during my brief stay. It appeared to be recently constructed, and all facilities were in proper working order. The staff demonstrated a cordial and professional demeanor, and the location offered convenient access to various dining establishments and a shisha lounge.

Stayed few nights in January. Good location, not too far from main landmarks. Rooms are cozy in classic style, clean and comfortable. Food was lovely, staff was friendly and helpful. My room was facing the road, however, it was still so quiet.

Staff should consider more wisely the rooms allocation for different types of guests.

The hotel room was really spacious and the staff on reception were really helpful even when needing to book a taxi I thought maybe the langue barrier would be a problem but they spoke good English and was able to help me out a lot

There is a good feeling about this hotel. The reception staff are excellent and are very helpful. The staff in the bar and breakfast rooms are also very pleasant. The Hotel is spotless and well maintained by what appear to me as a happy team of staff. The dining rooms in particular are beautifully decorated and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Very good and easy airport pick-up arrangements at competitive prices. My favourite hotel in Almaty and I am sure to visit again.

Please put coffee in the room alongside the tea that you do provide.
