The rooms are super spacious, from the entry to dining to outdoor balconies with sea views, this is one of the biggest spaces for accommodation I have booked. It was absolute delight to see how big the place is 😀 The rooms are cleaned daily. The kitchen facilities are great and spacious. The beach near the apartments is clean, unlike its neighborhood.

The restaurant has no central entertainment, every table kind of plays their own music from rented players, there's is no harmony at all. Alcohol is not sold but rather guys bring their own or it's sent for from a nearby shop 😀 They don't confirm customers working telephone numbers, hence difficult for them to reach clients incase of changes/information. It's not a requirement, but I think it might be helpful

Everything was almost on point. Wish the hotel had a gym.

There were cockroaches in the room. Can be done better with pest management.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Very good choice of food and drink. Good location. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip to the marine park organised by the hotel on one of their boats. Our room was in a good location slightly away from the hubub of the pool.

Food was very good and freshly made, but on occasions it meant quite a long wait. We had breakfast included, but only one choice from the breakfast menu was allowed and if you had an additional item you ended paying for the most expensive item.

Breakfast is nice and filling. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The ocean view is breathtaking. Big TV screens, lovely decor.

The wait staff can be quite loud while talking to one another, which makes it hard to relax. Also, the flies in the room were a problem, I don't know if its seasonal, but perhaps sprays could be left in the room. The customer care could be a bit warmer, but overall okay. The place gets quite packed every evening so if you like your quiet, might not be as quiet in the sitting spaces.

The service if you order a drink or even breakfast you will be waiting for very long time. If you also travel for a relaxing holiday you can forget it. The hotels becomes a outside nightclub for locals and other tourists staying at nearby hotels. You would be dining at a table with your partner or family and the hotel rents out Bluetooth mega speakers for £5 a day therefore someone will rent it and blast music next to you. Why rent out speakers? You will hear 15 different types of music at the same time. Why isn’t there loungers on the beach? Why rent out mega speakers? Why hire staff that are incompetent, pretend to be deaf and gossip with their fellow colleagues while they know you have ordered. It doesn’t take 25mins to get a bottle of coke from the fridge.

Location was fantastic. Very close to the beach which was amazing. Staff very friendly. We stayed in the apartments opposite the main complex so it was much quieter there and a 1min walk to the beach and main resort/

Some small problems when we arrived - there was no info on the wifi - no one could tell us how the TV worked - the air conditioning in my room just shut down on the last day Also the resort does NOT serve alcohol - you can bring your own in to drink but it needs to be more clear and upfront that none of the bars/restaurants serve alcohol

The 4 bedroom apartments are awesome! So spacious and enjoyable, overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Really good for a large family or 2 families staying together. No noise as other reviews have said, as the sea view apartments are behind the main hotel. The pool area was lovely too, and their fresh juices are to die for! Beach is not too busy and not many hawkers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The breakfast was lacking, but very convenient having a 24/7 room service.

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The staff were fantastic, attentive and always on hand to help in any way. One the last night after I had been fishing, the chef cooked the fish I caught in a tasty local sauce.

This is a place where people go to have fun, stay up late and enjoy the beachfront lifestyle. This hotel excels in delivering against this market segment, but for business travellers you will need to book one of the beachfront rooms (which the hotel kindly provided for me) to be able work in peace. This could be clearer on the website, but, if a business traveller does book a beachfront room then for sure this place is absolutely ideal.

I like the hotel as well as the location. The hotel offer entertainment as well as amazing food. The view of the beach was awesome. I had way more space than I expected. The security there was top notch and was very professional.

When I booked my hotel online I paid for breakfast included but once I got to the hotel, they told me it wasn't so I asked about a refund of my money and they claimed they couldn't do anything about it when clearly the looked at my receipt and it showed I paid for breakfast.
