This hotel is very good for travellers arriving at night and do not want to take a taxi to Nairobi town. The hotel is within the airport-area and there is a very good complimentary shuttle. It is also good as a stay before a flight as one is assured of speedy access to the departure area and no risk to be caught up in a traffic jam. The breakfast is absolutely excellent.

It would not be fair to complain about anything because all is excellent. But it can be mentioned that for travellers not needing the vicinity of the airport there are cheaper high class alternatives in Nairobi.

The room was superb, (we were given an upgrade). The restaurant buffet was extensive and high quality and the a la carte steak was very good. The decor and fittings within the hotel were very classy. The proximity to the airport was great for our very early flight

The bar area is sterile and no snacks offered or available to purchase. The bar staff took our drinks through to the restaurant and when asked, promised that the bar bill would be added to our dinner bill. We checked out before going to bed due to a very early start. Reception woke us up to say that we hadn't paid the bar bill. Their mistake. The manager dealt with my complaint and offered a private transfer to the airport and provided a breakfast pack. Apologies accepted.

Wonderful service, gleaming clean facilities, excellent airport adjacent location. We only stayed for a few hours - arriving in Nairobi at 1am, reaching the airport at 2am, and getting picked up by our pre-booked safari driver at 7am. Still, the Crowne Plaza made our stay a breeze. An airport representative met us just outside baggage claim and took us straight to check in. The rooms were super comfortable. We only had time for a quick a la carte breakfast, but on our return journey our flight was at 2am. Our safari driver brought us back to the Crowne at around 4pm. They allowed us to check our bags at reception and use the internet in the lounge and dine at the buffet restaurant, all without booking a room. That was incredible hospitality and service and made life sooooo much easier for three young kids we were traveling with.

We were three adults and three kids and each of the kids was charged for. But the stay was so smooth it was well worth it.

I love this hotel so much. The staff are incredible: so friendly, efficient, professional and caring. The hotel is immaculately clean, neat and tidy and all the facilities are exactly what you need on a flight layover. The airport shuttle bus is key - they collect you on arrival and it leaves again every hour on the hour for departures. Perfect place in Nairobi 👌❤️🇰🇪

Slightly slow checkin with only 2 staff on duty at reception with airline staff and many flight passengers to be processed on arrival late at night when very tired. Please add 2 more staff to speed it up next time?

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped a lot with things that we needed to get done. The food was amazing as well (more on this in the parts that were a bit out if place) Overall it was a great experience! Mr. Wamoto is doing a stellar job!

There was some strange sequence of events regarding dinner on the first day. So the booked room was with both Breakfast and Dinner for 2 nights. On the first day, after Dinner, a bill had to be signed. The bill was 7000 KES. That was a bit odd as the room number was given and it wasn't explained. After asking around it seems like it was cleared up. On the next day Breakfast was 0 KES and the Dinner as well was 0 KES. On the last day Breakfast was 0 KES again. So all good in the end, but the situation was just a bit strange.

A very well presented hotel inside the airport precinct. The perimeter is very secure with staff checking the underside of vehicles with mirrors. There are electric gates topped with an electric fence and automatic bollards preventing unauthorised vehicles from entering. The hotel is very clean and the staff very attentive. All corridors that lead to the guest rooms can only be accessed via a room key card which provides an extra level of security. Although, the thought did cross my mind that if all of this security is necessary, the hotel might be quite a dangerous place to stay!

There could have been more variety in terms of food choices. We tried two restaurants and their menus were pretty much exactly the same.

The hotel is clean and some staff are friendly and helpful.Their service was perfect and I loved their breakfast. The free transportation shuttle was great and a very good gesture to the guests.This wowed me the most.I will stay again for this purpose coz it’s very convenient.They gave me a suite which I felt comfortable.

Finding the entrance of the hotel was disastrous!There was no signage for directions we kept going in circles and asking around especially if you’re using your personal car.Some staff were not friendly especially when asked a question,I guess coz I was a local that’s why they never bothered.Drink prices change and you’re not aware as a guest.There’s is no ATM though the reception can give you cash and charge a commission in your card.There’s no enough chairs at the Pool Bar I don’t understand why they don’t let guests sit inside the lounge.I saw a family from the airport struggling to sit in pool bed as they waited for their food.The gave me a beautiful room but it had mosquitoes. I believe they can do something.Overall all these can be changed if they want too.

Really convenient for an overnight stay; there is a crowne plaza booth inside the airport and the gentleman tending the desk was kind enough to take my bags to the airport shuttle for me. Room service was great and good choice of TV Airport shuttle in the morning to the airport was on time and again, very convenient.

Breakfast should be included in the rate of the room, it was very overpriced I'm pretty sure I was either bitten by bed bugs or mosquitos whilst here, which is concerning re the malaria risk.

Stayed twice in 6 nights. Both visits, lobby and reception staff exceptional. Breakfast good. Beds and room temp much more comfortable second visit. Hotel security very very reassuring. Interconnecting room requests honoured. Pool area good for an evening drink. Airport transfers fine, both private and shared.

Stayed twice in six nights. First visit, beds not so comfy/room very chilly. Evening buffet not that great, all a bit chaotic, bbq very slow, staff nowhere near the standard of lobby/reception staff.

We came from a very long and difficult trip just for one night- 2 adults with a baby (less than 2 years old). Not only they were caring and brought a pot as requested for the Baby, but they were really professional. We had to travel in the morning and it was not yet time for breakfast (around 5:00 AM) so they went to pick things for us at the restaurant and did put it in a bag (including for the baby). They also worked on the airport shuttle and the driver was extremely professional and caring; well done ! The hotel is also really nice, a very high standard indeed worth 5 stars !

I thought for some reasons that the hotel was closer to the airport. But it doesn't harm, the services we've got were worth it with no doubt.
