Christine is naturally a friendly person. She and her team went extramile to make our stay to be as comfortable as possible. We had a great conversation from the airport and when you took us to town for a tour. My wife loved you. We had a great time at their establishment and Nairobi ìn general. We will definitely come back.

Right next to airport, very convenient when you have an early flight. The host was very kind and the room looked clean, with confortable bed and hot shower.

My only recommendation is to give more information regarding the location prior to check-in. The B&B is inside a complex and there weren't any signs and references to get to the right house once we arrived at the main gate. I ended up going to the wrong house.

Christine was extremely helpful. She picked us at the airport, did a citiy tour in Nairobi and organized a van to the airport when we left. While staying at Palm all the staff (Christine, Cynthia and Victor) were available to us and made us feel home. Breakfast was good and portions were generous. We also ordered dinner as we arrived late - they cooked very tasty food for us! I can recommend Palm for visitors who need to access Nairobi hotel quickly. If you want to drive to the city too often it's better to look for a place closer or inside the centre.

Location - if you need to commute to Nairobi this will take quite long. Building is a house which is now used as hotel - it is comfortable although some improvement is very welcome.

Great place to stay! The airport pick up driver was very helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. They also fed us a simple dinner when we arrived, which was much appreciated.

There's nothing near the hotel, not that we needed to go out.

Was all we need for a late arrival, warm shower, comfy bed, quiet surrounds (well obviously planes taking off and landing but all hotels near airport are the same. Easy omelette for breakfast before leaving early on our way.

Good facilitating, nice and comfortable, very spacious room. Service was organized by the wishes of the customer. Nice and cozy place.

It was a bit difficult to find at first during the night, but just following the google maps pin help me get there. Also, the mosquito net did not work properly but since there were no mosquitos I didn't even ask it to be fixed.

very quiet little room in a nice house. I could pay by credit card. Excellent breakfast and dinner (not included), they put food I didn't eat in a box, so following day great lunch in the train ! :-)

Difficult to find (even with google maps :-). They left open the bathroom window, so some mosquitos could enter. Not a little table in the room. Hot shower didn't work, they sent me in another room

The staff was friendly and efficient. She helped me check in quickly after a long flight and prepared breakfast early in the morning.

There was only 1 place where I could charge my phone so I could not charge the electronic misquote repellent.

Christine the host was amazing. She was so friendly and went out if her way to help us find a location for rapid testing. She drove us to the airport and we had a Kenyan meal prepared by her. The room was simple but had everything you needed. The road to Palm Nest is bumpy and dusty but once you've experienced some of Kenya's roads this one is just fine! Location is good, 20 mins from the airport and is safe.

The neighbours dogs were quite loud at night so if you are a very light sleeper this should be taken into consideration.

The staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The manager was a champ. She helped me so much. Their food was authentic Kenyan style at a reasonable prices. I like free breakfast.

The toilet in my room was broken. Was not flushing.
