Fortunately, we had chosen a comfortable hotel in a beautiful area of Nairobi for our first stay in Kenya. For four adults, a two-story apartment with its own kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms was a perfect option. The location was extremely secure, quiet, and green. The hotel itself was modern and stylish, and the garden was a beautiful, species-rich oasis. Thanks to this hotel, our two-week trip started off wonderfully.

The breakfast could have been better—looking back, after staying in nine different places in Kenya, I can state this confidently.

A peaceful hotel with beautiful gardens, tucked away in a busy city! We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very spacious with garden views. Nice pool, kids play area and outdoor bar. The restaurant did a lovely buffet breakfast and all our meals were very tasty and reasonable prices. The staff were really helpful and very friendly, we did an early morning safari in the national park and they made us a takeaway breakfast to take :)

Everything was great but could do with some lighter pillows as they were all really large and puffy. But everything else great!

The property is very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are huge and modern. This is our second time booking multiple rooms and Heri Heights does not disappoint. They treat you like family and priced right. The breakfast is amazing and the give you huge portions for all meals. Make sure to try the Indian butter chicken! So delish! We already made plans to return in July!

Initially taken to room different from my booking. Staff immediately changed room to what I had booked which was very helpful of them.

Most amazing facilities and staff. I have stayed at Heri Heights five times abd I can’t wait to be back. Extremely professional - The Well kept beautiful garden next to The Aborretum makes for a bird heaven. It is refreshing to swim in The spartling pool, take my business meetings in The perfect facilities and order a great meal in The beautiful restaurant. All staff - any category - is so helpful. What a place of beauty !

There was absolutely nothing to dislikeand if there had been I am comfident that Johnson the Manager and his team would have resolved any issues with alacrity

Good breakfast, responsive, friendly and engaging staff. A big shout out to housekeeping. Serene and secure location in the heart of the city with hotel nicely tucked out of view. It's a home away from home.

My wife didn't like being on the ground floor though. Heri Heights should improve on kitchen amenities to satisfy guests looking for a full kitchen.

The serenity and attention to detail and quality from the staff is top notch. The food is amazing and the facilities well managed. Always a favorite spot when in Nairobi and looking for an oasis to retreat to without having to be outside the city

We had challenges with the shower getting up to temperature especially in the mornings
