The suite was well furnished and presented. The staff were amazing, especially the customer experience rep, who managed to trace and deliver my luggage lost by the airline. Breakfast was a good local and international spread. We didn't use the à la carte restaurant (Nairobi is too full of interesting places to experience), but we did use the bar menu a couple of times. The bar serves the best home-made burgers to be found in Nairobi! The hotel has a pool and fitness facility, free to guests. We explored the hotel, as you do, and the facilities look great, although we didn't use them.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good array of fresh food. Staff were very professional and customer friendly. Front desk staff have a good flair for hispitality. Restaurant and Lobby Bar staff outstanding. Special mention to room cleaning staff Ms Ruth. Irreproachable work commitment. Very good snack menu👍

Staff were very welcoming and service-minded, and were also very obliging in moving to another room. Enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, as well as the fitness centre, where staff and users were really friendly. Special thanks to the in-situ coach Patrick for a good workout.

The locale is quiet and peaceful yet right in the city. Walk score for this location is 100 because I could walk to most amenities. I liked the staff very much. Very respectful and accommodating. Menu was not big which makes it a less complicated selection. The food was very good.

The towels were clean but too old. They need to change them. They need to invest in weighted blankets and also extra blankets for those who might be cold in the night (didn't apply to me). The couch was too uncomfortable for me! Room service was almost always engaged, which was disappointing!

Staff at all levels (security, front desk, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping) were friendly and responsive. Christine and Cosmas at the front desk, Sarah, Frederick, and Patrick in the spa/gym, Irene, Marion, Grace and others in food services, each made my stay there very pleasant.

The room was nice but dated. The restaurant wasn't open which was a bummer so I had dinner at the bar. The staff were extremely nice and even though I had a short stay I would comeback.

Room carpet needs to be cleaned. Hallways wall need to be painted. Restaurant wasn't open and staff in bar area had double task which meant longer wait for service. Plus having a meal wasn't offered I had to wait to see some else get food to know I could order.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. I left some of my things at the hotel when I checked out and the staff were very helpful in getting it sent back to me.

Got an upgrade for my stay. The location and accessibility to the central city of Nairobi.

The breakfast was really excellent. And your location is perfect especially so after my former favourite Hilton Hotel was closed.

Your restaurant for lunch and dinner is not attractive. Hence I had my midday and evening meals outside the hotel.
