Location and room space

Using old traditional way of Room doors for lock and key , I lost so much time to open and close the door, where it was so hard for opening and closing, but the staff supported and helped it get clear .

The room was large and spacious, so I was very comfortable there and would recommend it. The main attraction for me was the Gym, much better than your standard hotel gym. I did not try the restaurant, so cannot comment on that, but the close proximity to westgate was also great.

I didnt really see a nice communal seating area. Sometimes when travelling alone its nice to be able to sit somewhere other than the room. Also it was very much a concrete jungle and some greenery would have been nice, but understand its central Nairobi, so its tricky. The shower was also not great, the bathrooms could be a bit better.

Good, comfortable modern rooms. Very helpful staff. Central location next to westmall

The hotel location was very good mostly everything was good

I didn't like the lady at the reception her name was Jocy she had very bad attitude and she was ripping off people adding money to thier bills on item that I didn't take.. She almost rip me off with 40 USD if I didn't confront her to show her that people are not stupid. Towel were not clean it smells bad before taking shower and after using it after the shower it gets worse.

I really liked the location in general, which is right next to a big Shopping Mall (Westgate). Plus, all the staffs were friendly.

Wifi Experience was a bit disappointing: many disconnections! This must be improved for sure. Drinking water was located in Restaurant and Gym (limited access at night time).

Got a great deal at this hotel when booking and I am grateful to the lovely staff. Very accommodating in every aspect. Room was spacious and clean with a nice shower, good wifi and nice tea making facility. Breakfast variety was lovely too especially the tropical fruits and varying warm selection.

I was given a lovely room with comfortable beds. Loved the theme in the nice, airy and clean room. The staff was helpful and the omlette with spice was delicious at breakfast. Overall a central location, good value for money, good room and service.

The hotel is clean, the towelswas changed everyday, the staff very kind, it is close to Westgate mall and lot of restaurants...

Excellent location with many shopping opportunities at walking distance. Nice room and wifi though connection a bit slow/weak at times. Value for money. Free gym.

Only Indian style food at the restaurant (apart from breakfast).

The hotel has an Indian restaurant, and I was unfamiliar with Indian cuisine. Staff was respectful of my beginner chili tolerance and cheerfully explained options

Nothing, really. I came to Kenya because I had a medical emergency in another country. I stayed at Progressive Park Hotel for a month during my recovery. The staff was respectful of my privacy but watchful of my health, the location in Westlands was perfect, access to city transportation is great, and the room was the perfect combination of comfortable and affordable. I actually recommend the hotel to anyone who wants affordable comfort in Nairobi.
