Really great hotel for the family. Kids won't get bored as they have things they can play with and adults have places where they can have coffee and a lounge where they can have a drink. Perfect location if you're planning to visit Dubai Parks. They also have free shuttle going to the park and back to the hotel. Also a free ride going to IBN Battuta mall.

It's just the AC of our room is not cooling enough even if we already adjusted the temperature to max. It is bearable, however we did not use any blanket as we are already too tired from the park and wanted to take a rest. Shuttle going to the Battuta Mall won't drop you to the exact mall itself. There was a little flood at the area and cars can still pass by, however the driver is dropping the people far from the mall and people who is not familiar of the area is figuring out how to go to the mall as there are places that is flooded that cannot pass on foot but the shuttle can easily drive by.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my four kids and I have to say, it was exceptional in every sense. The hotel's location was ideal for walks with green surroundings that made us feel like we were in Norway. We enjoyed a short walk to the Outlet Village Mall, which was a cute little Italian-vibed mall, perfect for enjoying an ice cream and coffee in the outdoor area. The facilities for kids in this hotel are amazing. My kids had a blast in the play area, played the PS5, and enjoyed the nicely sized swimming pool. The available bicycles were also a great hit with my kids, who enjoyed biking in the hotel area and even riding the bikes to the Outlet Village Mall. The hotel's supermarket was also a big hit with my 4-year-old, who kept asking for money to go buy stuff while I watched from a safe distance. It cost me a few pennies, but it was totally worth it haha. Another great feature of this hotel is the laundry service. It was amazing being able to do laundry while being able to watch the kids in the play area located right outside the laundromat. We really appreciated the shuttle service that took us to different places, including Ibn Battuta. Although, there was one instance where we waited for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel but it didn't show up, so we ended up taking a taxi back. We informed the reception about the issue and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded us the cost of the taxi, which was a really nice gesture. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful. A special shoutout to the African gentlemen in security and the manager Amira who went above and beyond to help me find a gold ring I lost during my stay, I really appreciated that. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. The hotel staff were attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for a family vacation.

Every corner of the property smells good. Everything is very neat and clean. They don't bother about giving you water multiple times, unlike other hotels in DXB. Very good service. Vending machines are also available for water, chocolates,chips, soft drinks, and daily use items at reasonable cost... big and nice swimming pool..in general food at the restaurant is very good. Less options for vegetarian people like us but managable..breakfast was good as well.. Nice kids play area, gym, video games, table tennis 🏓 facilities...Peaceful place away from city..

Extremely clean, the biggest plus for me. Brand new sheets and all smelled clean and neat. Loved the peace inside the room, no traffic, no hustle of the city. For me amazing place

I sincerely wish i'de give a 10 because the hotel deserves it. But the only (and relatively critical con) is poor indoors sound insulation. During one of the nights guests from nearby rooms were entering and exiting their rooms during night every now and then. Because the doors are pretty heavy and locks are loud - i could very well hear everything that's happening outside of our room. Resulting in no sleep whatsoever.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we really enjoyed the breakfast options. However, there was a downside: we had to wait nearly an hour for our additional room to be ready, which delayed our plans and caused us to arrive late at the theme park. We hope this can be improved for future guest.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rove at the Park recently, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The management team deserves immense credit for running such a seamless operation. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have the best possible stay is evident in every aspect of the hotel. The front desk team at the reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with a smile. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The team in the market and restaurant were equally impressive. The service was impeccable, and the food options were both delicious and varied. Whether grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal with my family, the experience was always delightful. I initially came here alone for business, and the environment was perfect for productivity and relaxation. Later, when my family joined me, it became clear just how family-friendly this hotel is. The cleaning team did a fantastic job ensuring the room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The detox water stations were a thoughtful touch that I appreciated every day, and the children’s activities kept my little ones engaged and happy. The location, right next to Dubai Parks, is unbeatable for both business travelers and families. Rove at the Park has truly become my go-to destination in Dubai, whether I’m here for work or with my family. I can’t wait to return for my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is very modern, well maintained, clean and is prone to sustainability, the staff members are very friendly and helpful at all times. Especially our lovely Ms Bho, she was super sweet, very polite and helped with anything we needed. In the hotel there is a little supermarket, gym and of course pool and if you come in early you can catch the ice cream cart and get a free, tasty ice cream. In the hotel you can also find entertainment such as ps5, table football and ping pong table. And just 5-10 min walk away there is an outlet mall with different restaurants. And of course, as this hotel is sustainable, you can refill drinking water for free.
