- great breakfast with a huge variety of choices (a lot of sweets too), - nice and helpful receptionist (she remembered that I needed to go back to the harbour to change a bracelet that I bought and was too big), also at the spa and many other workers too, - comfy beds, - great outdoor pool, - nice view (of the Tombs of the Kings and partially of the ocean), - good TV channels, - it is close to the Tombs of the Kings Bus Station etc., - they can give you an adapter for the socket for a 5€ deposit, - reasonable prices at the hotel restaurants (I looked at the menus), - they give you 2 room cards (1 is for the gate in the parking area) so you can leave 1 in the socket for electricity ;) :), - there is a Lidl supermarket basically right in front of the hotel

These are NOT very big problems but still: - the lights in the room could be better - they are quite dim, - very noisy guests (BUT of course it is not the fault of the hotel) - children were running around in the hallways even at around midnight(!!!) - basically during my whole stay there, - some light comes through the door which is a bit bad at night, - there was one pool worker who just kept saying "Go!" before the pool was closing, - the floors are a bit confusing (the reception is on the 2nd floor and there is a -1 floor where you can change your beach towels), BUT you can easily get used to it, - quite little space between the shower glass and the washbasin - I wonder how a bigger person can get out of the shower :)

Location and parking was good, staff were all lovely, sunbeds and pool area nice and clean and location to the beach walkway was also very good. Everything was cleaned well in rooms and eating areas and the pool area everyday.

The food choice could have been a little better and it was often cold, there was also no entertainment and I thought on booking.com it said there was entertainment. I understand there is going to be some sort of a refurbishment in the next three months, so hopefully it will make it even better, we would stay again. Some areas are looking a little tied and old fashioned.

Spacious room(superior sea view double)which was very comfortable and had a great view out to sea with its safe beach.Staff were brilliant, attentive and friendly especially to name a few ,Maria in restaurant, Helen in Bacchus bar and Milena who greeted us on arrival and interacted with us throughout our stay for whome nothing seemed too much trouble.We wanted a relaxing holiday WITHOUT the usual round the pool activity interruptions and that is exactly what we got.Pool very clean as all the hotel was.Plenty of variety in the restaurants.Great coastal central location for a base to visit elsewhere on the island in both directions either on foot along new promenade,bus or car(plenty of on site parking).

Venus beach has been a family favourite when we don’t spend time in our holiday home on the island. Good staff, nice pool, 30 seconds from the beach, always reasonably priced. Overall, I still like Venus Beach, and will return in October, most likely room only.

Food options are poorer than I remember from previous stays. especially on the beverage end, fresh fruit juice is a necessary for breakfast! Solo female traveller I felt safe, or maybe it’s the confidence of knowing the area. My room was serviced daily but I found some stuff belonging to previous guest in the safe and guest guide, but otherwise the room was immaculate. They had just introduced their new Al-Carte menu, but did not appeal to me, and the prices were a bit on the higher end. Food circa 2016/2017 was much better, would love to see this return or bring some asain/Greek fusion with a better menu composition than fast food!

Arlene that works in the food service area, Mariella that works in house keeping and Ella and that works reception has made my stay very enjoyable, amazing service all round from all staff but those 3 staff members stood out the most to me, they made mothers days and my birthday very special and was gifted champagne on both occasions which was very nice of them, also felt very safe through out my stay. Also recommend Elias taxi service when you stay here! All staff even Elias whose taxi service is recommended by the hotel has been very attentive through out my stay. Pool bar staff have been really good also with changes to a drink I regularly ordered through my stay. Will definitely be booking to stay here again and look forward to my next stay at the hotel on my next trip :)

I really like the food, for meat eaters there was much diversity and a lot of local tastes. for my family who are all vegetarians there was less diversity in food types and they has to settle. The pool is very nice and the beach is close. The drinks offered are tasty and the staff is very nice. The view from the room was awesome and the beds very comfortable. The whole family loved the place

When we cam to the hotel the Check-in took a looooooong time even though the hotel staff was very accommodating we waited a lot the other thing is that we bought the All-Inclusive vacation and it is a apparently only a name (like Premium or Economy). not everything is really included in the All-Inclusive. Specific menus, Limited types of drinks, and only a discount on the fish restaurant at evening,

The swimming pool area and private beach were awesome. The head receptionist Ella was super nice, professional and went the extra mile with her recommendations. Breakfast had quite a load of options. My room was super spacious and had awesome pool and beach views. We had a great time overall and they even gifted my friend with a champagne bottle for her bday.

One of the receptionists (a woman) was quite rude and had an attitude every time I asked her a question, giving me strange looks as if I was stupid. I mentioned this to one of the other receptionists (a man) to understand whether she was going through something in her personal life because, if I am honest, her customer service was quite blunt (negatively) and unprofessional. If anything, rooms could be soundproof as the noise (from other guests) in the morning was quite loud

The best beach near Paphos - crystal clear water and sand. The staff was very helpful, room was renovated and clean with a great view. Swimming pool and breakfast were also superb. If going to Paphos again, I would definitely return to this hotel.

Zero communication on Booking - no one answered my messages and I had to call them on the phone to arrange transfer, etc. The corridor between the rooms was a little bit worn-out and bathroom could have a better ventilation.

The hotel is on the beach, it has a nice pool area, but the beach does not belong to the hotel. You have to pay extra for sunbeds, but it beautiful clean and sandy. Breakfast was selfcatering, large choice of cooked food, I would only wish for more fresh fruit and good coffee. Hot drinks and juices were from machine. Compliments to the chef, he was very kind, when I asked for vegan - plant based dinner, he came to talk to me and ask me what I would like. So dinner was very good and the portion sizes big. The staff were polite, Joe the porter was very welcoming on the first day. Lidl and the bus station were just acoss the street.

Hotel was nice but it is not a 5 star hotel. For 5 star they should put more attention to bathrooms, maybe putting in a shelf were you can put your tolitries, hotel surroundings could be cleaner, corridors better looking. The aircon was a bit loud.

Booked it as a gift for my mom’s 50th birthday. We all absolutely loved it! Location was amazing, food was delicious, rooms and common areas clean, pool was crystal clear, beach (best in the area) 1min walking distance, tombs of the kings right next to the hotel, staff always happy to help and touristic things like the harbour or old town 30-35 mins walk from the hotel which gave us the opportunity to see the city and places better. I highly recommend it, can’t wait to come back.
