Perfect location.. great spread of breakfast menu.. staffs are good n courteous

Lift is very slow .. we waited almost 30 mins to go down from our floor at 19 to Ground floor to check out .. perhaps the management could do something about this issue. Thanks

The location is superb. It's right opposite of the pahlawan mega mall. Walking distance to many attractions places such as Jonker Street, Stadthuys, Taming Sari Tower, Church of St Paul etc

The building and facilities are rather old. There is some kind of weird smell from the bed.

The room is clean. We got high floor room and the view is amazing. The staff are all polite. The bed and bedsheet..very comfy..

The tv in the room is not working. Wifi connection is not strong. The carpark has no elevator and not connected to the hotel. It's challenging if you bring kids, elderly and big luggage.

Access to the town. Nearby to the mall and famous restaurant.

Just the shower space too small and had a bit foul odour in the room

Overhaul was good. Special thanks to the doorman Hossain Maarof from Bangladesh. Very friendly chap 👦 my compliments to him and his colleague Hassan, hopefully got the right name from Bangladesh too.

Showroom space is too tight. Water all over the floor due to shower. Poor lighting, can't shave, etc. Poor touch-up around wash basin. Poor WiFi connection. Front desk staff very poor English.

Hotel is built so we get 180 views from the window in our room, and views of the other side when we step out of the door to an open corridor. But the highlight is the large room size, high ceilings, use of premium linens, good water pressure & temp controls, and decent TV we can watch YouTube. Highly recommended for repeat visitors who are taking bus to/from Estadia/Hatten Hotel which is just a 6min walk away if you can get a room here at a good promotional price :-)

Not exactly sure why but my sleep wasn't all through to the morning despite all the pluses the room has to offer for both my nights stayed.

We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 toilet which was very clean. The beds were comfy. Location was in the middle of the city centre and easy access to almost every where. Taming Sari, shopping malls, restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance.

The only problem was we were only given one access/power card. I stayed in the room when hubby n son had bowling master’s qualifying at Mahkota Parade until after midnight and they couldn’t bring their own access card coz we only had one. The dummy card for power given by the reception did not work. Thus, they had to wake me up at 1am to open the door.

Strategic location

Car park access to hotel (no lift). You have to carry luggages walk thru the stairs. The hotel lifts is quite slow, need to be upgrade.

Checked into our Villa with the air-conditioning already on for us. Something we were grateful for as the weather was so hot outside. Villa was beautiful and the staff was nice and respectful. He asked if we needed the Villa to be clean the nx day and are always attentive to ask for our needs whenever we see him at the corridor. Kids love the pool and the bed was amazing. The comfiest pillow to help us recharge for the day. Theres also a 24hr convenient shop located right outside the Villa which is a bonus. Plenty of restaurants right outside the Villa but most only opens in the late afternoon. Getting to Pantai Tengah is a 10-15 mins walk and to get to Pantai Cenang u will need to take a 5mins grab ride. Locations was very accessible. A great accomodation definitely impacts how great a vacation is.

It's a 2 storey Villa so I find it a tiny bit annoying to keep on going up and down the stairs. But it's a me problem. None of my family members have issues with that. Perhaps not for families traveling with older people. Otherwise everything else is stunning.

Air Condition maintenance was poor
