Rooms were very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the room smelled amazing. Excellent customer service

The outside appearance needs some maintenance and upgrading. I think with those changes and the location it would definitely attract more business. It’s one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels we’ve stayed in.

Convenience to expressway. Enjoy rhe coffee breakfast in mornongs.

Even though floors were free from debree, they weren't actually clean. Husband went barefoot in room and had to wash the bottoms of his feet, what looked to be black on washcloth.

That the housekeeping knocked on my door snd told me that due to her having so many rooms she wasnt going to be able to come back. I was just getting up out of bed. Then she said well how long do you need. I felt as if i was rushed to get dress. Very inappropriate for her to state that to me as a paying customer

Staff was nice and made sure I had a lower level room due to my broken leg. The room was clean and a good value. They had a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy.

The location was behind a closed restaurant and didn't have easy access to enter. You had to go down and make a U-turn. The bathroom was small.

From the moment we met Barbara we knew we were in the right place. Extremely welcoming a true asset to Best Western.

Although the room was dated it was extremely clean & comfortable

The restroom had mold. It was all over the ceilings and the shower curtain was filthy.

Elephants out front of course. It was clean and the had a decent breakfast selection. Our rooms were quite too

It is on a divided highway and not easy to find or get to if you are coming from the wrong direction. But it was fine once we knew that.

Room was really nice and very comfortable! The person at the desk who greeted us was so pleasant! Thoroughly enjoyed... breakfast was delicious

Everything was very nice. Great location, decent rooms and very good breakfast(included). I’ve stayed at several different places in TTown and this one ranks up there. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.

All of our requests during the booking process were met. The rooms were CLEAN and in good repair, with all appliances, AC & normal amenities in place and well presented. Breakfast was ready at the opening time, food was hot and appetizing with great variety to satisfy most patron's tastes.
