The location was great, close to everything!! Walk to shops, restaurants, beach. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was really good and the decor and ambiance was amazing!! The rooms were spacious and the comfortable

Our room was on the east side of the property. Had a great view of the ocean! However, it was also next to the parking lot and the trash bins. The trash pickup was every morning (sun and mon morning) around 6:30-7am. It was extremely noisy and went on for a long time. I feel like this shouldn’t be happening this early in the morning and definitely makes paying the amount you’re paying to stay in a more upscale hotel, not seem like it’s worth it.

We loved the heated pool facing beach, the outdoor bar and food, the fire pits, and outdoor movie night. They also had bikes, beach toys, and fishing gear to use on pier. Valet parking was great and hotel was clean.

The view from our room was the hotel roof next door literally 2 ft away from our room. The dinner menu at restaurant needs to be changed. The restaurant was empty more of a bar than restaurant. I am a foodie and the dinner menu was very disappointing. The few pieces of steak and 3 asparagus spears, not a great presentation or portion size. A bread basket would be nice. I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality was there. Would love to see breakfast buffet for families staying at resort. We would have eaten more meals there if they had something good to offer.

Wait staff was wonderful. A little short staffed but they worked their tails off.

I didn’t like the music starting at 7 every morning. Our rooms were on the inside pool area and we liked leaving our door open for the ocean sound but when 7am rolled around we’d have to get up and shut the door. Kinda ruined sleeping in in the morning.

The location was great. The out door patio was open and inviting, the fire pits and heater were a major plus.

The staff were not very attentive, one day we didn’t even get any coffee or tissues or waters in our room we had to walk up to the counter and get it. The restaurant was good but servers did not pay attention to us

While having prepaid the room 4 weeks in advance, and with clear request of connecting or close by rooms, they still didn’t manage to organise this simple request. Only valet parking with additional fees Fitness centre extremely basic and not inviting to try it out Pismo beach is a pretty cold place with almost no sun, be prepared. We didn’t like it coming from Santa Monica and Santa Barbara.

View from the room, staff friendliness, fires outside, hot tub, right on the pier, shopping and restaurants near by. Within walking distance to the butterfly grove and along the way we say a pod of whales, so amazing!

The automatic light in the bathroom at night was too bright and disrupted sleep, there seem to be an issue with the outlet in the room, some things ran for awhile and then shut off like the fridge. Coffee maker did not work, contacted front desk when we left, they suggested a pod had been left in the machine, but that wasn't the issue. In any case, it was not a deal breaker for me. The restaurant was under a change so we did not eat there, considered it, but menu was very limited for dinner and we were there for a birthday celebration. There are many wonderful restaurants near by so, again not a deal breaker.

Dog friendly hotel right on the beach and near the pier. The room was really nice, very spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved our stay except that it was quite pricey for booking during a weekday. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a complementary breakfast or free parking for the higher price they charge. They do offer free coffee, but when my husband went to get some, the pot was out and no one came to refill it. So that was a disappointment. All in all it was a comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

We had everything we needed on site. My grandchildren loved the pool. Live music on the lawn in the evenings. We will never stay anywhere else now in Pismo👍🏻

Good location on the beach. Staff were very very helpful.

Found the food options in Pismo a bit restrictive. Bar service was sometimes a bit slow. Our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the three days we were staying.

It was a very nice property with very friendly and helpful staff

Some of the areas were off limits to guests at varying times because they has booked private events - seems wrong since we were paying guests.
