Waffles were great, coffee and orange juice was not. Nice little selection and convenient. Very friendly staff.

The coffee. And cleaning product(s) were very strongly scented for those with sensitivities. Too strong. 😬

The convenience of this hotel is super. I always get the best out of our stay when we are there. Its absolutely wonderful location.

Unfortunately some smokers are inconsiderate of others property. Our bathroom had cigarette burns on the sink and toilet seat. That really took away from the room.

Smoking rooms available. I hate it when our segment of the population is forgotten about.

Had to ask for towels and washcloths. But then again this seems to be a problem at all hotels these days not just Quality Inn.

I have not been in a place where the customer service was so fantastic. Although the hotel is not the top of the line hotel the customer service made the experience top of the line.
