Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.. you can tell it is an older hotel but for the price and cleanliness it was absolutely worth it. I also appreciate the fact that there were security cameras everywhere outside and it was very well lit at night.

This is a no frills hotel. No wash cloths,hair dryer or coffee maker. The faucet in the sink was wobbly as was the commode in the bathroom and the chairs at the dinette were broken. However all we wanted was for it to be clean and it was. If you need those "extras", just bring them yourself and you'll be just fine.

It’s always tidy outside majority of the time rooms are clean allowed pet’s customers service is always professional and nice. Also I like having accessibility to laundered my items onsite.

This was my 1st time in over 3+ years my room wasn’t cleaned properly but nothing that caused me need a different room. And no garbage bags inside the trash cans. Also be nice to have a mini fridge in each room.

The staff are all extremely nice, never once have they been rude. The room was clean as bed was exactly what i asked for( bigger than a full) Surrounded by grass for dog to potty & for pet owners it makes the pets comfortable.Not noisy so sleep was never disturbed. I highly recommend to anyone needing to stay. I do wish there was a fridge & somewhere to put clothes. Still worth tbe stay

Convenience, cleanliness, pleasant staff,bare bones, but functional. Made me think of European motel rooms.Good quality television.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room! for a motel (and I often stay in motels on the road) it was just amazingly clean, smelled good. Night and morning staff was very friendly, quickly settled in a convenient place. Thank you!

The location was great for me. The room was a smoking room, which I asked for, but it was clean and didn't smell like a smoking room.

My only issue was no microwave

I went to Cincinnati to visit my son and the hotel was pretty close to my son’s apartment so it was very convenient for me

There was no breakfast, only coffee. Location was good. It was close to bus stop and restaurants.

The room smell like cigarettes. It could have been sprayed with Lysol or Febreeze before our arrival.

I was put on an Do Not Rent list without notification. customer care spoke to management they worked it out. but it was disheartening for awhile.

Location was good for what we were doing. Just an overnight stay. Room was clean and quiet. Air Conditioning work well.

There was no clock in the room. Even a clock on the wall would work. Used phone.
