Comfort level, convenience to theme park, quiet, 3 beds (with pullout couch)

Jacuzzi wasn't always hot, breakfast had limited selections and too much pepper, the fact that we had to go down and get sheets, blankets, towels, washclothes,, long elevator

The complementary breakfast was truly the highlight, pancake maker was LIT, The staff was great and very friendly. This was a good place for a quick stay one or two days

I ordered the suit and upon arriving they told me it was under renovation, I'm sure this will not always be the case. The location was more central, 20 min from most places you'd want to go on international drive. That said the longer you stay the more things you noticed like spots on the chairs, and month old French fry on the floor.

Many placea to eat. Excellent access. The breakfast provided was one of the best. The morning staff in charge of the breakfast was so nice and kind. The front desk Mr. Maurice, also was very professional, every question I have he provides an answer. Once I ask for extra bed sheets and other guest with actitud was before me. Mr. Maurice was managing the situation like a pro. This was a recommendation for me and I will recommended back.

There was a lot of trash left behind by the guest near the elevators, the rooms doors. No housekeeping on the afternoon.

Greeted by delightful clerks ! Above and beyond to provide great customer service! Room was nice just had to call housekeeping in hair in tub and toilet !

Hair in tub and hair in toilet, air conditioner did not quite give cool enough air.

The African American male that works front desk I think his name is Zachary. I felt unwelcome talking with him this is not my first stay where I experience his ways

Very nice hotel, located minutes from where we were going the following day. I thought there was a complementary shuttle bus to take us to the theme park, but that was a no. The breakfast was ok. Great variety of breakfast items. The room was well taken care of, and the Dove body wash in the bathroom was a plus.

I didn't like that someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night, when I said, "Who is it?" There was no response. My boyfriend opened the door and no one was there. I assume it was kids playing, I hope.

for the most part the stay was nice only a few minor things. We had a suite with a pullout sofa. There was no linen for the sofa we had to get the linen from the front desk, The breakfast had no meat selection, and the gravy was watered down. Minor things

Our stay was really great. The location is good if you like to visit Universal or Disney and also if you like to go shopping at the vineyard outlet. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good variety.
