The hotel is on an avenue with easy access to the Disney parks, but far from Universal. Very attentive and helpful staff. Room with two good beds and pillows, clean bathroom with good towels, also equipped with microwave oven, fridge, cable TV, coffee maker, and hot and cold air conditioning. The breakfast is traditional American, with good coffee with cream, yogurts, waffles, bread, jams, butter, cereals and donuts. Free parking was a bonus.

Some small cockroaches appeared, most likely because previous guests had left food scraps in the room somewhere, as we have the ability to bring food to the room, this can actually happen.

It was clean, and they gave me a safe Box that I requested.

You must have breakfast ready at 6am because shuttle for sea world comes early and I couldn't take breakfast.

Great quality, fair price, free brrakfast and parking, and incredible location if you are staying there in order to visit Disney (3-5mi) or Universal (5-8mi). Plenty of restaurants around the area, close to a Walmart Supercenter and other commercial shopping options. Truly recommend!

The breakfast lacks creativity. Everyday you'll find the same options, although it wouldn't be too challenging or expensive to offer different stuff. About the pool, the day I'd use I felt it was a bit dirty, with sand or something else in the ground, so I preferred not to use (anyway, it's a nice pool, if clean).

For the price the building was well maintained and the overall service offered was very good. The location is ideal since there are lots of amenities nearby especially the Disney parks which are just a few mins away(still need a car or take shuttle). The hotel is also connected to shuttles that provide free transportation to various parks such as Disney and Sea World. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and also very attentive to any concerns during my stay. Housekeeping delivered an amazing service and the rooms were always clean and the beds well made when coming back(used towels were also replaced with new ones and soap was also refilled). They also have a business section in the lobby that offers tickets for Disney parks and other attractions in Orlando for discounted prices. Free parking is provided and very spacious.

For tourists that don’t speak Spanish, there can be a language barrier sometimes since some of the staff didn’t speak English however all the staff that required interaction with customers spoke good English so that was not a major concern. There was a bit of water accumulation on the flooring outside during the night due to the rain sometimes which was a bit unpleasant when walking towards the lobby.

Stayed in a room opposite the pool area , in the evening u u til 10pm some children were running and screaming playing u and down the stairs and landing. Had to ring reception at 1 am to complain about nearby guests drinking outside and playing music very loud. Near by guests were quite noisy most nights. When I complained to reception on checkout they apologised and i was told that they were not fully staffed at the moment. I said I had never stayed in such a noisy hotel!!!! Thought they should have security doing rounds at night to ensure the comfort of all guests staying at the hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was appreciated for the 11 days we were staying at this Hotel. They also have a guest laundry. They offer a free shuttle service for all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios as well as to one the Outlet factories. They have a lift which is a key thing I look for as well as a good breakfast to start your day. Quite a number of chain restaurants on the same side of the road, in walking distance.

The air conditioners are very old and noisy, which was okay in winter, but in summer it would have kept me awake.

Comfortable beds. Good working facilities in the Bathroom. Breakfast was better than most Quality Inns. Also, close to Disney World. You have a less traveled.road that would lead you to the Animal Kingdom in 5 minutes and other locations in 8-13 minutes. Very convenient! Don't spend $500 a night at a Disney Hotel! 10 minutes away is not bad to the parking lot for Disney! Spend your money by having more time at Disney four parks!

Nothing that I really didn't like. No Disney perks like going to the park a half hour early in the Disney hotels!

It's a very well located hotel, very clean, with very quiet rooms... I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Disney parks... because in the rush of these parks you'll just arrive, sleep and wake up early for another park. The breakfast is simple but you can enjoy it, there are always the same options but I don't see that as a big problem. The staff are great and trustworthy, I didn't have any problems with my items one day and the room was always clean. The girls at reception are attentive. If you want a hotel to enjoy a hotel, look for a more expensive and more complete one. If you want a hotel to rest in a great location, this is the place.

This was way more than I expected! The location was excellent! surrounded by plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. Shuttle to and from local theme parks each and every day! Free full breakfast and not the standard crappy continental stuff that other hotels try to pass off. Great pool with loungers and cabanas and never overcrowded. The staff were pleasant, although I did not have that much of an interaction with them.

The shuttle was great but to only offer one ride in the morning and one ride in the evening is a bit of a problem when the times do not coincide with the opening or closing of the park. The shuttle for Universal Studios was at 7 am and the buffet did not open until 7 am so no food for us. Additionally, the shuttle service does not account for when the theme parks have special events and close early so you are left sitting for hours waiting for a ride back to the hotel.
