Hotel is located within a 5 minute car ride to the Orlando airport. Staying on the 9th floor comes with perks: separate breakfast room and cocktails in the evening. Also, a great view of the airport to watch the planes. All valet personnel that we encountered were exceptional. Good for a one night stay.

I found the hotel to be a bit odd. The lobby was modern and decorated nicely. The room furnishings were extremely outdated and did not pair with the lobby vibe. The floor was dirty in the room but the rest of the room was clean.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and helpful. The lobby is clean and welcoming. My room was clean.

When I arrived at the airport and called the shuttle to go to the hotel I was unable to understand the person that answered and they hanged up on me twice. I finally got a response and was picked up. Another traveler experienced the same thing

air conditioning was too loud. it looks like the windows need to be replaced as they were all sweating and condensated (if that is a word). nice rooms. I wasn’t thrilled to have to pay 15-19 to park plus tip. 10% of hotel cost add on was not a welcome surprise when I showed up. I arrived at 1115pm paid 19 bucks for 6.5 hours.

Chose this property for the free airport shuttle and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Hotel is large and clean. My room was very comfortable and located near the elevator - I couldn’t hear any hall traffic which was wonderful. Hotel restaurant is pretty good and it is close to lots of other food options. Shuttle was easy to use and on time.

Nothing - everything was excellent!

sinks were clogged in both of our rooms. was smelly.We had to use bath tub taps for everything. Never had this experience with any place booked so for. Was booked with Booking. com. She asked me to call hem for refund. I hv pictures.

The employees from check-in to check out were very friendly and welcoming. I left my phone charger behind and they phoned me to let me know they found it! Excellent customer service.

Would have liked self-serve coffee and snacks for early-risers in lobby.
