We had a short stay in the US as we were travelling to another destination in America. Friendly personnel and a nice atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast was true American. Nice restaurants are just around the corner.

You need to be aware that the airport shuttle service ends at 18:00. We had to pay a cap of around 20 USD plus tip for the to the hotel. We were not aware of this when booking through Booking.com and would have liked to know.

Location. Room size. Comfort.

There were a couple areas around the elevator and hallways where repairs had been done, but the repairs looked mediocre. The airport shuttle in the morning was a bit of a circus. We ended booking a Lyft ride to the airport.

Nice hotel, Close to airport, free hot breakfast and free shuttle to airport We checked in at 2:30am, and the staff member at the desk was very kind, sympathetic, and found us toothbrushes to use.

Not much! Our room was clean, we were in the room that long before catching the shuttle back to the airport.

Location was great -- less than 1 mile from downtown. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Decent selection of items at breakfast. Fridge and microwave in room is always a good thing. Strong vent in bathroom was great for keeping steam down. Price was reasonable for location and quality.

TV cable service was not great -- no way to go directly to schedule, or from schedule directly to a channel (lots of time wasted going up and down channels to get to guide or a specific channel). Air conditioner was somewhat noisy. Mostly inconveniences, not really problems.

Our room and hotel property was just as described. Convenient to interstate, restaurants, stores, and historic downtown grapevine. check in was easy and staff was nice.

the side tables in our room had drawers that would slide out on their own. we had to prop them shut or else you would hit your leg trying to get out of the bed.

The location was a great. The quietness at night.

Not enough breakfast options. Need more baggage carts for guests.

Good location, near the airport and restaurants. Great stop if you plane gets cancelled. Just remember the shuttle only runs 7am-6pm. Very comfortable beds

It could have been easier to find the correct number to call for the shuttle

Front desk clerk was super sweet. Location was good

Carpet in room & hallway needs replacing. Breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast, comfortable bed, having refrigerator and microwave.

The bathroom sink being outside the shower/toilet area; HATED it but the facilities were functioning, so we dealt with the set up.

BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND MANAGER IS EXCELLENT( NOT THE ONE WHEN WE ENTER THE HOTEL)

WE DIDN'T GET SHUTTLE FROM AIR PORT WE SAD FOR IT.
