Great hotel, wonderful location if you are flying out of DFW, especially early morning flights. It was very clean, and the hotel shuttle going to the airport easy to access and got us where we needed to be.

We were not able to get anyone to answer the phone for pick up at the airport when we returned back to DFW. Tried calling several times and got a recording asking if we knew the extension. Asked front dest person after we walked from airport to hotel what the deal was and was told we should have pushed 0, 1, 2 any number..if that is the case the recoding should have stated that.

I really liked the comfortable and clean room. I appreciated being able to connect my phone to the TV and stream from my favorite apps. Also like having convenient amenities like a hairdryer and an iron. I also really liked the shuttle service to the airport.

I didn’t like that I didn’t receive any explicit or clear information about how to get to the hotel after booking it, such as details about the shuttle service. I arrived at the airport late and couldn’t find anyone to provide more information. I ended up walking to the hotel, which wasn’t a pleasant experience, as I had to cross roads between the airport and the hotel. It was only after I arrived at the hotel that they explained the shuttle service to me.

ONce we figured out how to get there it was great. very close to our gate.

It was not at all clear how we were supposed to get to the hotel. There were signs for the Grand Hyatt but no indicators on where to take the air train to get to Hyatt. Took over an hour.

The customer service is exceptional. Our thanks to Ernest for making our check in very easy and for the invaluable information he provided. He's an asset to Guest Services. Our room is spacious and beds/pillows are so comfy.

We didn't realise that there are 3 Hyatt properties at DFW Airport. Not a deal breaker but guests just need to be mindful of this. It's easier to take the hotel shuttle than walk from Terminal C (walking is ok if you don't have heavy luggages. But these aren't complaints about Hyatt per se, just tips to make getting to the hotel easier for future guests

So convenient and will be staying here every time I have an overnight layover! The shuttle drivers made it so easy and convenient! I am just very sorry that I did not have cash for the tip! If possible, I would love for $10 to given to each shuttle driver that drove us, if you could charge the card on file… I promise you now that I know, next time I will be coming with cash! And for the record, they did not pressure tips at all! I just saw other people giving them tips and it made me feel so bad because I was traveling alone with my two kids, and I am sure we were the loudest busiest on the bus That night and in the morning!

Location Complementary shuttles to him from the airport every 20 minutes! At least five restaurants! Pool! Room service! Resort type feeling right in the middle of the Dallas airport!

I felt trapped . Did not get a chance to see the city because of the location. Uber was expensive to go grab food, so I didn't eat for about 2 days . Finally gave in and bought a 30 dollar pizza from the hotel that lasted me 2 days .The pizza was not good but I had no other choice. Ask several people about getting out, but no one said anything other than I would pay a lot for the toll. Learned on my last day going back to the airport so that I could have taken an outside shuttle to view the city. By then, it was to late. I had to leave the city

The shuttle driver (lady with long hair) was fantastic. She helped me with 2 very heavy bags and even got a cart when we arrived at the hotel. At breakfast, when the room was full and tables needed to be cleared, the management jumped in supporting the wait-staff. Excellent teamwork! Of course the breakfast was well presented and delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you all!

I just wish you had ‘branches’ in each terminal. DFW is sometimes a bear to get through. Nothing wrong with the hotel or services.

Shuttle to and from DFW, as well as cleanliness and size of the rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating and even got our two rooms on the same floor, which was handy.

All was really great - hotel staff indicated we would get a copy of the receipt emailed to us, which we did not receive, so that could be improved upon. This was important to us, as Westjet cancelled our original flight; hence, this led us to have to book another flight to DFW and required the hotel accommodation due to a 12 hour layover. We would require the copy of the invoice for Westjet to reimburse us.

Shuttle service worked very well. Breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly.

Instructions on how to get from airport terminal D certainly could have been clearer. As a first-time visitor from a foreign country it was not at all obvious that you needed to take a shuttle to reach the hotel and that just walking to the hotel wasn't an option. In the case of DFW International, the phrase "At the Airport" could just as well mean "In this city", considering the size of the airport. A separate Email explaining how to get to the hotel from airport terminals A, B, C, D or E would have been helpful, as would a phone number for the shuttle service. That said, the transport system worked perfectly once you knew what do.

Call 972-453-1234 to request the shuttle for a pickup. After calling we were picked up within 5 minutes. Our room was comfortable but quite small, I was surprised because we had stayed before, and the room was much larger. Luckily it was just an overnight layover, so we made the best of it. The restaurant bar had a nice selection of signature cocktails and the food was very good. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

Check-In was a little slow, we arrived at 9pm and weary travelers were ready to get to a room.
