Didn’t use restaurant. Liked the location and spacious rooms. Also the modern fixtures and fittings.

Would have liked top levels to have been finished and perhaps a roof terrace or rooftop bar. Water being off for a few hours and a sewage smell in the bathroom was a nuisance but suppose this was teething troubles as hotel had only been open for a month.Also coffee and cups were not always replenished each day unless specified.

This hotel is brand new and gorgeous! The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. There’s a L’Or coffee maker in every room, robe and slippers, and excellent bath and body care. The staff was among the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Beryl, Kristina and Makia were some of our favorites for their kindness, generosity and general bright and friendly attitudes. The cherry on top was the excellent French bistro attached to the hotel. Do not miss a stop in this gorgeous place.

Excellent location. Spacious room. Quality of furnishings. Quality of tech content. Staff were bubbly and polite. Access to water, water bottle in the room. Cafe had good breakfast options. Access to public transport, capital bikeshare.

Water pressure in the showers were pretty low, could be better. Safe was not working as it had run out of battery, we reported but it took forever to get fixed. We eventually had to take our valuables with us and lost 2-3 hours of precious daylight while waiting for the safe to be fixed.

Unbelievable staff that went above and beyond, especially the hotel manager and front desk attendants, but also the bellman and restaurant staff. And the rooms were large, new, and comfortable!

Wifi connectivity in the room was not good at least the evening I was there. Would also be useful to have small hotel shop with snacks for purchase upon late arrival.

I am very happy I chose to stay here! I was celebrating my birthday and my stay was amazing! The hotel was very clean, beautiful decor and located near local train as well as convenient stores. In addition, each staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and eager to assist me with my questions/needs.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and big rooms. Very nice fitness center. Close to the Capitol and really good restaurants. The staff, especially Kristina and Liza, at the front desk, were kind and really helpful! Everyone was so kind starting with the valet. I highly recommend this brand new hotel.

We had a few issues with the fuses in the room but the staff solved it quickly!

Grey location, new hotel so everything was super clean and very nice.

The bedding was odd. Down comforter but no duvet on it. Just 2 sheets, too and bottom. Seemed super odd. The bathroom has no fan which I think is important. Also, no book with facts on the hotel in the room. Where are the ice machines? Info about the restaurant? Services, etc. just small things that need corrected.

Great location, beautifully decorated rooms and awesome customer service

Our room was in the hotel’s interior ring so as a result we didn’t have a window facing outside, which meant no natural light in the room. Wish I’d known this before so I could’ve booked a different room. However, since we stayed for a short amount of time it wasn’t the end of the world.

What I loved was the staff, they welcomed me, and my friends with such big smiles, and were so kind throughout my whole stay, especially Kristina( I’m so sorry for butchering the name) and Geo. The housekeepers were also really sweet and all the stuff we met with say hi the style of the hotel is so perfect from their lobby to the room we stayed in was top-tier.
