Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was just off the interstate with restaurants nearby. Breakfast was really good.

The walls were very thin and it sounded like the people staying in the room above us was coming through the ceiling. Also heard dogs barking coming from another room down the hall.

The motel is easily accessible from the interstate and the double thickness windows help keep the noise level down. The rooms are simple but clean. Check in was efficient, friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area feels like you are surrounded by trucks.

The guy at the counter when I checked in was realllllly good, personable, asking about our trip, and got us checked in at a reasonable pace

We rented the most expensive room but the shower pressure was awful and it took me 15 minutes after I used body soap to feel like it was off me. Kind of a big thing to mess up in a luxury room

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more than cereal. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. Oh, they did have cereal, too. Breakfast was good. They are pet friendly. Good experience.

Despite the improvements, the age of the facilities was highly visible. There should never be a shower mat in the shower! There must be a different solution for antislip.

Hot tub , large room friendly accomadating staff.free breakfast coffee etc.Microwave and fridge in room.

Could have been cleaner around the hot tub and shower.Couches were dirty.Room was dated could use a update/ refurnished.

The drain stopper in the hot tub would not stay up, unless held. The outlets in the bathroom did not work….. tried the reset, still nothing. Told the front counter person, they didn’t care……. Unhappy customer here. 🤬

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. It was pet friendly yet cozy. We paid extra for the whirlpool tub and enjoyed it.

Awesome service at hitel. Slept like a baby. Clean sheets soft pillows. Thank you to reception for restaurant recommendations. We chose Ruby's Steakhouse, wow it was excellent food.

large and very well lit parking lot. Denny's across the street. very pet friendly property & staff Bed was very comfortable.
