Location was about 10 minutes from Nepean hospital, which was why I was there. Parking driveway was difficult to see on first lap but great to have free parking. The lobby was great and the room was very comfortable. Very accommodating staff when I needed to make changes.

It was a bit odd that the TV was not viewable from the bed without turning my head 90º. There was only one chair that could be sat in to view it. I had breakfast in the cafe and found it a bit lacking. No butter provided for toast, and the poached eggs were a bit ordinary. No salt and pepper provided. For this grade of hotel, I was surprised.

This is a great place to stay. So convenient, easy access, easy parking, good staff, restaurants and Panthers short stroll away. Rooms were impressive, snappy layout clean and very comfortable, will be back.

I had to do some work of an evening and first up in morning, chose the room with a desk. However very dark corner, lamp all but useless for shedding light onto the desk, I pulled the desk out from the wall and moved the lamp in behind the desk to improve the lighting. Also the chair is so low I had to stack up with pillows to get enough height to sit and work on a laptop at the desk. The room design and layout is excellent - the table set looks good - but it's just not functional.

It was a last minute decision to stay here and was a great choice. The Deluxe King Room was spacious, well presented and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was clean and it was a nice touch to have a make-up mirror, hair-dryer and straightener available for use. The rain shower head was also a bonus! The iPad next to the bed was easy to use if you needed to order food or speak to reception. The cafe in the lobby had the best coffee and the location being so close to Penrith Panthers dining options was awesome. Will definitely stay again when back in Penrith.

The beds are a big issue with us and usually carry a foam mattress along with us. No need here, the bed was perfect, the cleanliness is beyond reproach and the little coffee pod machine made the most beautiful coffee. The complimentary underground parking was a lovely touch as we were wondering where to park our rental car. Just across the road is Penrith Panthers club where we were going so a 30 sec walk to our destination made all this so worthwhile.

Though I'm sure we could have just called house keeping for this, there are only 2 coffee pods in the room. A couple more would have been nice, also there was only one toothbrush (though we did bring our own). Could double up on that too.

The hotel itself was just delightful....I wish I had been able to stay longer.

I was really disappointed at having to pay for the extra room, even though my business manager was unable to attend due to illness. I accept full responsibility for contacting you only 18 hours prior to my stay, however illness does not always have a timeline. I believed that, having being a loyal booking.com member for 20 years, there may be someconsideration given to extenuating circumstances. There was also mixed information between booking.com and the Pullman Penrith, as booking.com informed me via email that they had requested that the Pullman waive the room charge, as a special exception, and the Pullman staff informed me that booking.com had refused my request.

We cannot thank the staff, namely the older gentleman on the evening shift on our arrival, Georgia (I believe her name was. She wore her hair in a bun and always smiling) and the gentleman who agreed to give us a cheaper rate to accomodate our budget. All staff were Professional, warm, friendly and accomodating. We stayed at the hotel to be close to our family member who had a near death situation based out at Nepean hospital. We were in and out of the hotel at all hours. The staff were always happy to accomodate us, ie late checkouts, helping us find a room to stay when the hotel was already at full capacity and reducing our rate per our other nights to accomodate our budget and free parking. It was already a difficult time for us and to have the hotel staff make our life easier was much appreciated. The hotels location was fantastic, clean, modern and very contemporary we felt we were on a holiday. The hotel is a wonderful addition to the area and we look forward to staying there again under better circumstances.

A pool could be a great addition considering there’s no beach located near.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived at 6:30 PM on Friday, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who offered us drinks upon check-in. They took the time to explain all the amenities available throughout the hotel and informed us that parking was complimentary with our stay, which was a nice bonus. Our room was fantastic and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ambiance and cleanliness made it a relaxing retreat.

there was one aspect of our experience that left us feeling somewhat uncomfortable. During checkout the next morning, a female staff member unexpectedly asked me to rate our stay out of 10. This put us on the spot, and we felt a bit obliged to give a perfect score, even though we had a couple of minor concerns. I believe the Pullman Hotel should reconsider the way they collect feedback from guests. Instead of asking for an immediate rating, a more effective approach would be to provide an online survey after the stay. This would allow guests to reflect on their experience and provide more honest feedback.

Brand new. Clean and very comfortable. Good location.

They made a huge error on the electronic mini bar menu and had what I thought must have been their house wine on the list under “bottled wine”. I ordered it and then they came up with just a glass. They acknowledged their mistake but even in a supermarket they would honour these prices. Then when I raised it they wanted to check the electronic menu so someone came into my room while I was in my pyjamas. I was very uncomfortable. The person saw what the error was and still didn’t even offer a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience. I thought that was pretty poor service. It almost put me off. Also had lots of technical problems with the TV.

The room was stylish and very clean. The towels were new and fresh. Lovely fresh linen on the beds. The eggs at breakfast were the best I have ever had in a hotel, and we have travelled all over the world. The location was not bad a quick taxi trip to the centre of town. The little croissants were so good my mouth is watering thinking about them.

There was no English breakfast tea in the room when we arrived or sugar they had not been replenished from the previous people. The teacups were very small considering there was a coffee machine in the room. Most high-end hotels offer a shoehorn which I needed. The sausages were very dry and the little blueberry muffins were so dry the blueberry's had been cooked completely away.

The quietness, cleanliness, comfortable size and high quality luxury of the room were very welcome experiences. The fabulous, warm attractive original Australian paintings at reception set the majestic and modern tone of Pullman Sydney Penrith. Fresh coffee maker in the room was greatly appreciated. Large screen for casting movies. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

The bathroom doors are designed with a fault – the toilet is in view from the lounge/bedroom, through a gap in the sliding glass door. The bathroom user does not have visual privacy from the other guest in the main room. Amazing for a contemporary 5-star hotel. Solution: the Pullman needs to install a simple strip of matching timber (floor to top of door) against the gap, which would then hide the gap (between the glass door and the hall wall) from people looking down the hall from the bedroom/lounge. If all the rooms are the same design, it needs this strip (in matching timber) in each room.
