Size of the room and facilities inside the room were amazing.The size of the bathroom was good for the number of people in the room .could do a not more on wardrobe space, but overall room experience was worth the money.

Breakfast was below standard, the variety wasn’t good enough, the bakery and pastry areas weren’t fresh, too noisy and smell wasn’t great.Not much staff around to help, too many long queues. Should improve to maintain competition with other hotels. Even the room staff should keep an eye on toilet rolls and water bottles in the room. We had to request for these basic services mostly everyday

Very spacious rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, amenities ( toiletries and personal care products) are great and bathroom was superb

Non availability of wheelchair although it was noticed in hotel, but never provided and we had to purchase one , also attitude of concierge when asked for it and that we are not happy and we will share bad review he didn't care which was really bad experience. To be honest the road was blocked by excavation and maintenence which affected the location. It is far from ladies entrance , although they provide shuttle to drop women but they need to make it every 15 minutes not half an hours also at Fajr prayer they need to make it every 15 minutes instead of 1 hr.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff who offered us a upgrade on arrival when checking in. Cannot fault anything. Location is great.

Actually, I gave bit lower rating specially because of staff service was not good on breakfast. Most of dishes emptied and refilled very late. The sitting arrangement was good but due to bad service we didn't enjoyed our breakfast.

Everything as per expectations and enjoyed our stay. Only, staff services need to improve specially the luggage and restaurant staff.

The room was spacious. Location was close to the Gate 37 of Masjid An-Nabawi, for visiting Rawdah which was a plus.

The location is a bit far from the women's entrance. So, if you're travelling with family, please make a note of it. Moreover, the nearby shops are more expensive than the ones in the front of the masjid near Oberoi or Daar At-Taqwa, which is a bit disadvantageous.

+ plenty of free water bottles in the room + hotel is very close to haram + staff very friendly and helpful + breakfast buffet has 2 floors

- rooms are NOT sound proof: not between rooms, nor hallway or streets. Unfortunately the slightest sound can be heard and easily interrupts your sleep, and we were on the 10th floor! - there is no in-room dining - Breakfast buffe food not very good, almost everything is greecy or used cheap material (nothing fresh)

The food was nutritious with many options and delicious! The rooms were spacious, the staff upgraded us to an ensuite room which was like a one bedroom apartment, it was regal and lovely! I also liked the extra amenities in the kitchen, room and bathroom that came with the room, the coffee with an espresso machine etc was thoughtful, only thing missing was hot chocolate or Karak tea sachets :). I also appreciated that the hotel staff were understanding after I made an error with the dates of the hotel booking, they were agreeable to refunding the extra night I paid The location was also great as it's short walking distance from masjid Al nabawi, As saffiyah museum, restaurants, numerous gift shops including supermarkets. Overall, great food, convenient location and comfortable room

Cleaning staff didn't ask for the room to be cleaned everyday, they skipped a day but the room was clean and staff were friendly. There was a smell emanating from the guest bathroom so they might have to fix the plumbing.

We stayed at Pullman ZamZam for six nights. We really enjoyed its location with no more than a two minutes walk to the men’s prayer area at Masjid An-Nabawi. However, a lengthy walk to the women’s area; please bear this in mind. The room was incredibly spacious, especially for my kids who could enjoy every inch of the room. A clear and concise AC system which switched on very quickly during the hot afternoons.

My only negative feedback would be associated to the toilet. It would constantly release a foul smell similar to that of a sewage, but was always cleaned when notifed. A comfortable stay, nonetheless.

My family had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s  location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Holy Prophet’s Mosque,  we had an easy access to all the key landmarks. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff greeting us warmly and offering helpful information about the local area and the hotel’s facilities. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a long day of prayers and exploration. Overall, the Pullman Hotel Madinah exceeded our expectations. Its combination of superb service, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Madinah. We highly recommend it for both pilgrims and tourists alike, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.

Location is good. Size of room was good.

Reception and on duty manager were unpleasant and unhelpful. I had booked for myself and my spouse and included breakfast and dinner. I had confirmation of this on email as well as on booking.com app. Reception and management advised they understand and see my confirmations but their system is linked with bookin.com and it shows only meals for 1 and I’d have to pay and additional 202sar per day. The breakfast and dinner spread was not worth fee and we would dine out. They had passed the blame to booking.com saying it’s a common occurrence and I’d need to sort. I had advised I had contacted booking.com but had no response and requested they follow up as miscommunication was between their systems. Till date I’ve not received communication from either parties.
