The location of the hotel is amazing. It's literally 5 steps away from the entrance of the mosque mainly to gate 25 (women's prayer gate) men are just towards the right not far at all. The staff were kind and helpful. I went with my 2yr old and room service food was really good. I didnt want her to eat junk food while we were away every day. So orderd her different types of food from their menu. Breakfast was the usual you'll find in many hotels. One morning I orderd it to my room as my daughter fell unwell and couldn't make it down to the restaurant on time. To my surprise as I paid for breakfast already they brought up a selection to my room for free. The hotel iis abit pricey but its worth it esp in the heat. Oh and the tea garden is awesome. It's a little place which faces the mosque where you can order from starbucks menu, even people who are not staying in the hotel can come and enjoy. The cake selection was tasty and the tea! I'm looking to come again in ramadan 2023 iA just waiting on their rates to open up for that time. This hotel is amazing! Even the taxi drivers rate this place 🤣 definitely worth staying! The rooms are clean and spacious for a family. My vists before I used to always stay in zamzam pullman (also a great hotel) and I thought no other hotels can compare but I was wrong. This hotel is the one I'll be staying at from now on In Shaa Allah.

The lifts are abit slow think their old. But to be honest it's not a problem because all the other pros outweigh this small issue. House keeping need gentle reminders that room needs to be cleaned but they do their best and when they do get to your room they make sure it's properly cleaned.

The location is excellent, it is the closest hotel to the Prophet's (SAW) mosque and very convenient. The breakfast was good but the choices could have been better. The breakfast venue is small, given the size of the hotel and the air conditioning too cold. The decor of the rooms and Amiri suite maybe somewhat dated but very well maintained and still in good condition. All the staff were excellent and service level excellent. There is a good variety for the room service menu and the food was very good. It may not be a cheap option, but you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend the hotel.

The location is great as it was right in front of Haram gate.and we had haram view too. Staff was great! Super nice and accommodating. Our housekeeper Javed was very helpful and supportive. Overall great experience. They have beautiful lobby as well. The bell staff was great too. Helped us to get the car sorted. Fantastic stay.

I would suggest the washrooms to be re worked a little. They were not bad, but can be improved.

Very Comfortable Very near and close convenient to Musjid Nabawi Staff all exceeded and went out and really went out of there way to make us Comfortable The 3rd Floor Cleaning Staff with.Jabed Hossin were ever and always willing to make us comfortable as possible and offered us with twice a day cleaning Service and always replenishing our Water and other items for the room We were also spoilt with a Lovely Fruit basket Daily

The Breakfast Spread can be Improved to a better Variety And the Breakfast space was too cramped with to little space We had battled to find place to sit and have our breakfast

Excellent location, only 2 steps away from the haram. I found this hotel very safe as I was alone with my children. My children were very happy and comfortable in this hotel. The staff were excellent. Thankyou to the housekeepers who were cleaning my room 611, they were so polite and friendly. Always making sure we were happy with everything in the room. The bell boy Anwar Abdul Mutalib was a very big help. He helped my family to get a cab to the airport when my original pick up was cancelled . He was very fast in helping us and re assuring us we will make it to the airport on time. Thankyou so much to all the staff. You were all great .Best hotel in town

The location is one of the best, making accessing the mosque extremely easy and getting back up to your room to rest a very smooth process. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is good, and there are plenty of food options. Surprisingly, my favorite item is the fried chicken tenders served during breakfast.

The staff are doing their best, I am sure, and there is always a high volume of traffic going in and out of the hotel; however, they can sometimes be a bit abrasive in their responses to queries or have difficulties with managing the queue or other difficult guests who did not bother to check the check-in/check-out times before booking their rooms. On that note, 5 PM is a bit ridiculous and late for a check-in time; I am glad I took the train after work to arrive at around 6 PM.

Location: The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! It was convenient and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel was delightful! The variety of options was impressive, and the quality of the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. It was the perfect way to start our day and energize us for all our adventures. Room: The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, we do have one minor comment regarding the room size. It was a little bit tight for our liking. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to your hotel in the future.

The location was ideal because its 5 Meters from Masjid-e-Nabwi Breakfast was perfect Rooms were amazing The staff was very helpful they even provided a wheelchair for my mother. And the location is so close to Masjid-e-Nabwi that my mother could walk herself to the Masjid which is amazing. Our rooms were upgraded and We had a full view of Masjid-e-Nabwi I and my mother were in adjoining rooms with internal access I will most definitely come again and stay here I simply have no negative feedback They exceeded my expectations in all domains This was a very special and memorable time Highly recommended

Perfect location... rooms are very comfortable. You go down and reach Haram. Ladies and gents entry are just opposite hotels. Nice view from the breakfast area and mezzanine... we had a city view reservation, but The Desk Manager, Mr. Saeed Hussen did a magic and upgraded us to a haram view room and made our stay more exceptional and I can say this was our best stay ever in madinah. I would recommend this hotel who ever wants to stay the closest to haram. Breakfast is good. All staff is nice and helpful.....the best best!

This is probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The location cannot be beat, as it it steps away from the haram. The service is exceptional. The lady at reception Dana was very sweet and helpful. All the staff were attentive and kind. The level of respect and kindness with which they treat you just adds so much positivity to your experience. My recommendation is to definitely book this hotel, we stayed at another highly rated 5-star hotel in Medina too and I can confidently say Dar Al Taqwa was superior in all respects. We booked haram view but honestly not necessary as you have a beautiful view just stepping out of the hotel.
